Hey all! Love this event already, but I have a total noob question- how likely is it to get the banner dog?

Mine took about 13 to 14 banners.

EDIT: Just got another, also 13 banners after the last
Double edit: My husband has gotten none, and has pulled as many banners as I have. So anywhere between 13 and upwards of twentyfive

Dang, I must be getting really unlucky then. I've pulled 30+ banners and not a single dog yet
