Atlas woke still a bit groggy, but his leg felt a lot better already. His stomach rumbled as he limped out of the camp and spotted Fox. "Hey Fox you okay, you look a bit off, or you just tired? Anyway, I was gonna go get something to eat, since I can't hunt you think you could help me?" Atlas asked the other Wolf.

"Ya, Just tired. Literally woke not long ago" Fox responded. "Sure!" He says. He pads ahead.

"Thanks!" Atlas limped after him. Atlas followed Fox out of the camp and into the forest. The smell of rabbit washed over him. "Fox over there," Atlas jerked his head towards some snow covered bushes to their left. "I'll go around and scare the rabbit out. You catch it okay? Raycon and I used this trick a whole lot when we first met."

"Sure" He says as he obayed and waited for him to scare the rabbit out.

"Well yea I- wait..." Zephyr's excited steps and prideful nature seemed to shed. "What do you mean? I-I mean thanks?" He sat down, her ears dropping back as her head tilted.

Raycon's heart dropped, thinking that he had offend her. "I'm sorry to fast, I didn't know when else to tell you, with me being mates with Atlas and all I just had to tell you, but if you want we can pretend this never happened!" Raycon looked away furious with himself. what if she hates me now that I've told her how I feel. What if she thinks I'm cheating on Atlas. I still love him with all my heart.

"Hey, don't be too hard on yourself," Zephyr stood up and nudged his shoulder with her nose. "It's better that you let me know to get it off your chest. I won't tell anyone if you're worried about that." She offered a shy smile at him, "I just wasn't expecting it I guess." Her admission felt wrong, like she was just driving the knife in even deeper which wasn't her goal at all.

"I'm sorry." Raycon felt tears burning, but he didn't let any show, forcing his tears back he looked up at Zephyr. "I don't know what to do with myself. I Just feel like you needed to know, and I guess I got my hopes up that It could all work out. I guess I thought that Atlas would be okay with that, but to be honest I don't even know if he knows about this, I told him, but I think he fell asleep before he heard me. I don't know! I guess I thought that I could have you both, but I failed to realize that you have a choice too, whatever you decide I want you to know that I will always be your friend." Raycon looked down.
