Welcome Flora! First thing you'll need to do is make a form for your character. There are a couple of things that you should always include so people get the best understanding of your character: name, age (in moons), gender, sexuality, appearance, and a bit of writing about their personality. Some other good things to have are their history (were they always part of the clan or the rogues? Who were their parents and what happened to them? How was their upbringing? etc), whether they have any family (living or dead), what their main traits are, some likes or dislikes, their strengths and weaknesses, distinctive features, and anything else that expands on your character's development.

If you're coming up with a new character, I like to use ailuronymy for names; you can find prefixes and suffixes as well as a name and character generator which can be helpful for kickstarting your character. I think there are people who have family positions available if you want your character to have living family played by someone else - just ask and I'm sure people will let you know what's available ^^

You'll need to check what roles are available on the main page - I believe all the high ranks are taken, but warriors, apprentices, elders, queens and kits are open for Rainclan, or soldiers, trainees, kit-bearers, kits and elders for the rogue clan.
