Arthur Morgan was born to Beatrice and Lyle Morgan, somewhere in the northern United States. As a child, his mother died of unknown causes, while his father was a petty criminal and outlaw. when Arthur was 11 years old, his father was arrested for larceny. Morgan later witnessed his death and, despite a strained relationship with him, also donned his hat. Arthur was found as a 'wild delinquent' and picked up off the streets by Dutch van der Linde and Hosea Matthews. Viewing the pair as surrogate father figures, Arthur came to share Dutch's vision of a life lived free from the constraints of civilization and the rule of law. The pair taught him how to read, write, shoot and other useful skills becoming their first protégé as well as one of the founding members of the Van der Linde gang.

Description: Short, with chin-length brown hair that is often left down, and rarely tied up. Their eyes are a pretty brown as well, though their shape makes Frisk look permanently sleepy. They always have a number of cuts and scrapes scattered over their body.

Personality: Frisk is selectively mute. They are incredibly trusting of those around them, and prefer to avoid conflict, even at the expense of their own life. Because they don't speak, Frisk tends to be incredibly observant, noticing things in the silence that others might have easily missed.

History: Since falling into the Underground and freeing the citizens within, Frisk has been staying with their adopted mother, Toriel, and has been going back to school. They haven't made any other human friends yet, but they were working on that when they suddenly found themselves at Rottingham Mansion.
