The egg is a malk pet, so I guess it has demand for that fact. I would personally like a rare of the same year as the egg. But lions have their own demand so I say its fair. Ask for another opinion if not satisfied with dis one.

Rarity wise, you're overpaying. Most people use the rate 4 uncommons = 1 rare.
Demand wise, you're overpaying as well, due to the fact that lions and malk pets are valued at around equal levels.
You should ask the other side to add.

not sure about the first one cause I'm not an item person. The second looks more than fair though! the green liontail = 2-2.5n
they are offering 2-2.5n + Chesire and 2 09 rares (valuing coontail at 1.5-2n). it's a pretty good offer!
