Idealistically nothing should survive this terrain let alone a cat. The taiga biome of what the iron brigade resides in is not forgiving at most but also so beautiful when one learns to appreciate the bad and good at the same time. The tall thin fir and pine trees only grant very limited amount of shelter of which the brigade resides in a long-forgotten warren system discovered by the refounders of the once mighty brigade reduced to flickers of snow in the wind.

Religion:

History
Once, in the time of the Four Clans, there lived a Prophet by the name of Birchspots. Her clan of origin is lost to time, but each night she slept she dreamed of sharp rocks and clouds so close they could be touched. The legends say that so spurred was Birchspots, she forsake her camp, her clan, and her honor to travel to the place in her dreams. A warrior by trade, she knew nothing of healing or prophecy, but such was the will of the stars that the young healer’s apprentice, Patchheart, was called to accompany the her on the journey. They fled in the night, traveling far over field and forrest for many, many moons. As they wandered, drawn forward by dreams and a sense of distant yearning, other cats flocked to them. Finally, they reached their destination. High in the rocky peaks lay a basin hedged in by mountains. A lake lay cradled in the center, and in that lake was a small peninsula with an ancient, twisting tree growing in the middle. Here the cats settled, and so the Clan at Cloud’s Teeth was founded, with Birchstar as its first Leader.
But history’s tales are not all honey-warm and daring. Much time has passed since the days of old. The mountains are harsh and unforgiving. The winters are fierce and long. Prey is wary and predators many. Hard living has weeded out all but the hardiest of cat, and the clan as it was has disbanded. It is up to the new chosen of Starclan, The Herald, to remake the Cloud-Tooth Clan and lead them into the glorious future they so rightly deserve.
Territory
A high alpine lake surrounded by aspen, birch, and pine trees. The lake is fairly shallow throughout, but has a steep drop-off. The lake is created by runoff from the melting snow on the mountain peaks, and has a shallow creek that gradually grows deeper and more wild from tributaries and rushes into rapids followed by a waterfall. The area immediately around the lake carries from sandy to marshy. with treats quickly overtaking the shore. The woods aren't sparse, but the aren't very dense either. Surrounding the mouth of the creek is a meadow. To communicate with the Starclan, Healers and the Herald must travel to the Starry Reaches. Their sacred place is a high rocky shelf cats must traverse a boulderflow to reach.

A peninsula extends into the lake, dirt and stones elevated surprisingly high out of the waters. The entrance to the peninsula is ringed with carefully cultivated bramble that grows thick and sharp. The tree at the center is huge and its roots jut out from the earth. Generations of careful burrowing have created a series of cozy dens that keep out winter’s bite. Announcements are made from a branch of the tree.
Cats
Due to the harsh environment of the mountains, cats in CloudTooth Clan tend to be large and thick-furred, with powerful legs and large claws. Despite their size, they are skillful at remaining silent. Exceptions to this rule do occur. If possible, thinner-furred, physically unsuited or smaller cats are given the duty of tending to the brambles or tunnels, sometimes becoming healers. However some clanmates look down on the Tenders, seeing only a space for a cat who could have contributed to the clan better. Coat colors and patterns are wide and varied, but darker colors are more common. Healers are allowed mates, but female healers may not have kits of their own unless the clan has another fully trained healer.

Herald
A leader hand-picked by Starclan. Marked by “the stars in their eyes.” The major decision maker.
Advisor (Up to 2)
Not picked by starclan to lead, rather this position is appointed by the Herald. Advisors coordinate day to day activities such as hunting and border patrols. They handle more “worldly” tasks.
Healer
The cat tasked with Herbal lore and medicine. Healers are also in-charge of the clans small force of Tenders, who act as aids to healers, but unless specifically apprenticed will never be healers themselves. Healers are the closest cats can get to starclan, with exception of the Herald. They receive Prophesy and Guidance from their Ancestors. Healers are revered in the clan.
Healer’s Apprentice
Young cats hand-picked by the Healer to learn the ways of medicine. Sometimes Starclan has guided the Healer’s choice, but sometimes politics and friendships do the deciding.
Warriors
The hunters and fighters of the clan. They are respected an equal amount to their relative skill. They have trained to take down harder prey and how to hold their own in a fight.
Tenders
Those unlucky few who are wholly unsuited for mountain life. They search for ways to be of use to the clan, and most can hunt during the warmer months, but when the cold rolls in those without proper fur find themselves camp-bound. Many have become skilled fishers. They will form their own “hunting patrols” along the shores of the lake, searching out weaker prey. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, they do not patrol the borders. While they aid the healers, they are not trained in medicine and are mostly sent to fetch things or monitor sick clanmates.
Apprentices
Wether apprenticed to a Warrior, a Healer, or a Tender, apprentices can expect to learn an awful lot.
Queens
Pregnant mollies awaiting the birth of their kits or new mothers caring for them. They stay in a tucked-away den as safe as possible. New life is cherished in the clan.
Kits
The Future of the Clan.
Elders
Cats who have served the clan faithfully for many moons are rewarded with a quiet, relaxing life. The bask on the shores near camp, occasionally contributing a fish they caught to the kill pile.

duckclan territory is covered in green hills and meadows. the grass is so tall that
when crouching, most cats can barely be seen. this makes the territory a great place for
hide and seek. it makes it hard to find prey, so they usually look for tunnelling rodents
than waste their time on catching prey on the surface apart from a few lucky catches they
happen to stumble across. there's also a lake for those who prefer fishing or just
want to hang around ducks.
the camp is marked with a circle of pebbles and rocks, but otherwise you wouldn't know
that a few feet up ahead, you were going to fall headfirst into a small chasm due to
the grass blocking your vision. the camp isn't too deep, but you would probably get injured
if you fell in carelessly. there are several large moss-covered rocks that form stairs for
duckclan warriors and is the only way to get down safely.
inside of camp, the dens are carefully wedged under crevices or on top of ledges, with
the nursery and ducklings' dens hidden away underneath the earth and the leaders' den
looming high over the others. warrior dens are scattered throughout. there is a small pond
beside the stairs, and cats like to hang around the area when they're not doing anything
else. there aren't any fish, but they like to wade into the water and maybe even have
water fights.
personality
cats from duckclan are generally very relaxed and mellow. they're easily humored and
like to interact with other cats. they're not interested in fighting other than to protect
themselves and like to maintain friendly relations with other clans. they're usually not
taken very seriously, with their laid-back attitude towards everything and
their clan being relatively new. that being said, there are also cats who
just love to play pranks on others.
belief system
duckclan's ancestors are in neither the dark forest nor starclan. instead they become
flowers, peeping out of the blades of grass in the spring to welcome the new egglings
and seeping back into the ground to rest for the winter. these flowers are clustered
around a hill and glow under moonlight. this area has been named the moonhill.
every moon the ancestors will come to life to dance under the moonlight, as well as
converse with any clan members who decide to visit them. medicine cats will avoid
picking herbs from this area, but if they do the flowers of the ancestors will
grow back next spring.
duckclan warriors put their trust in the ducks that roam throughout their territory.
during spring they'll follow the ducks around on their patrols, sometimes even bringing
young egglings and ducklings to show them the ducks.
