bio: ren grew up in a strict household with her parents and her older sister. she lived in her sister's shadow, with her parents constantly praising her and placing harsh expectations on ren. one day, to her horror, she woke up and found that she couldn't see herself in the mirror, and couldn't interact with any of the objects around her. tired form the the constant demands from her parents and stressed from her newfound abilities, she ran away from her home, eventually stumbling upon a cabin in the woods.

plant growth and manipulation: addison is able to control and manipulate plant life to different degrees. she's able to make plants grow at an expedite rate even without the proper tools such as water or sunlight, however, she does need a seed to or already existing plant to make it grow or change in any way. because of this she often carries around seed packets with her so she can throw chrysanthemums at everyone. additionally addi can cause plants to wilt and die, even shrivel up into nothing, if she so pleases. this she doesn't do much because she sees no need to kill plants unless they are specifically being used to harm another living being. she can kill plants that are rooted or not, much the same goes for growing plants. this means she can walk into the produce section of the store and ripen or over-ripen everything, or cause everything to go bad. another thing that addi is able to do is keep plants alive for however long she wishes. she can cause plants to grow and stay alive out of season, even all throughout winter. now, addison is also able to make plants grow stupidly large and move in ways that plants really shouldn't. imagine a blade of grass, now imagine a blade of grass the size of a sunflower. that she can make happen. all of this doesn't come without a price. addison will grow tired and exhausted with continue use of her powers, as well as if she grows too many things at once, or makes something too big. growing plants in and of itself expends her of her energy.

addison is a sweet girl with a big heart. not all that outgoing addison mostly sticks to herself as she does enjoy time alone. in her time with herself she enjoys finding different activities to partake in as she likes to keep herself busy. from reading a new novel, or re-reading a novel, to doing puzzles, baking, sketching and drawing, or going for a walk and so much more addison finds that there's a lot that one person can do to fill their time. she's someone that finds enjoyment in the little things in life. all it takes is a smile in her direction to make her day. she prefers to focus on the good rather than the bad. she likes to say if you look at the good then you will feel good, but don't forget to acknowledge the bad as it's important as well. now being introverted doesn't mean that addison wants to be alone. while she does need time to herself to regroup and recharge addison also seeks out companionship. addi can be quite social and outgoing when she wants to be. don't put her into that category of being a shy introvert. she very much loves meeting people and making friends. addi is quite the friendly person and open to meeting most anyone, including the loud and outgoing, the quiet and asocial, or the outcasts and rebels. she believes everyone needs to have some friends because she's felt true loneliness and doesn't wish that terrible feeling upon anyone. addi tends to put other people before herself, especially when it comes to close friends and family. she has a problem of believing everyone else has to have their needs met before her own. sometimes it's only simple gestures that affect her such as waiting for everyone to have their food before eating her own. other times it can be detrimental to her such as feeling the need to help everyone with their problems, causing her to be stressed and ignore her own baggage and needs. it's really a spectrum in which this occurs. in her past some people used this kindness to their advantage and used addi. because of her unwillingness to see the bad, as well as being young and gullible, addison couldn't see the problems and toxicity that were forming. addi has learned over the years to notice when she's neglecting herself for others sakes, but still, there can be times when she doesn't even realize. now addison can be such a nervous person. not nervous in the sense she's stressing over giving a presentation or talking to people, but nervous when it concerns doing anything even remotely dangerous. she's quite a cautious person when it comes to doing something that may injure her. yes, she doesn't mind riding a bike or ice skating, but chances are you'll never see her jumping out a plane with a parachute or swimming with sharks. nor will she endorse someone else to do so. not to mention addison is such an indecisive person. give her ore than one option and she struggles with making a choice. it's not so bad when it comes to small things like food and clothes, but ask her to choose a winner to a contest or pick between two different amusement parks and she becomes a complete wreck. she'll weigh the pros and cons sometimes if need be, and she most definitely will think of what others want or like before her own interest. being indecisive falls into her being a complete scatterbrain as well. sometimes she gets so caught up in doing something that she might miss an appointment, or forget that she was cooking something, or place something down and forget where she placed said thing moments later.

weather manipulation and creation: nya has the power to create and change weather patterns of the surrounding area. ranging from cold weather with snow, rain, frost, and hail to warm weather with sunshine, humidity, blistering heat, to something neutral with clouds and breezes. she's able to shape how the weather acts in a rough circle with a diameter of around mile (1610 meters), or smaller. typically nya changes the weather directly above her rather than in the whole mile area since doing so can take a lot out of her. for her creating breezes and wind is the easiest as air is ubiquitous on earth. if she's in. place that doesn't have much water around then it's easier for her to raise the temperature and make the area sunny, while it's harder for her to cause clouds to from or make it rain, snow, hail, or sleet. the opposite actually occurs if it's already cool out, as well as there is an abundance of water. it's easier for her to dissipate clouds and also the sun shine and to raise the temperature. it's also easier to cause rain, snow, hail, or sleet to fall if it's already quite wet in the area, or cool. nya can create personal storms or rays of sunshine around herself or people. she can specifically direct wind, rain, heat, or coldness toward certain or concentrated areas. placing a personal storm does take a bit of concentration so she can't have too many going at once or else she won't be able to handle them all. something that she hasn't gotten a handle on yet is creating tornadoes as it requires a mix of hot and cold air. she hasn't yet discovered how to create or manipulate both at the same time.

nya is quite a fierce woman to be reckoned with as she is able to handle herself in most any situation. this is due to her being very adaptable as well as independent. most of her life she has had to care for herself and her little sister. this has made her strong in more ways than one. she can easily care for and take care of herself, rarely needing the help of others. in her life she's found it can be hard to depend on most people which is why she opts to do everything herself. in this world she trusts herself the most when it comes to doing tasks, projects, or even protecting her own life if things ever get extreme. this fades into her being a strong, adaptable person. she can easily cater toward any situation or situational change. as someone who doesn't mind being the leader she can take charge in an instant, as well as understand when it may be best for her to step down or allow someone else to lead. she's physically strong and can protect herself as well as others. she's smart and intuitive and so can efficiently solve problems that hopefully please everyone. she can be a fighter or the peacemaker. nya's attitude can change quickly depending on the situation and who is involved. surprisingly she can actually be quite gentle and soft spoke for someone who maybe is a bit loud and proud. nya is the outgoing type and really likes to meet new people and make some friends. she does tend to gravitate toward those who are also extraverted and a bit loud as well. she's the type of person who wants to enjoy life to it's fullest. to do this nya often explores nature by going to wildlife parks and sanctuaries, hiking on trails, walking along the beach, scuba diving, sky diving and parachuting, and more. she wants to experience nature at its finest and untouched by humans. she wants to discover the thrill of doing something for the first time. she wants to try all that she can in her lifetime, nor does she want to do it alone. nya enjoys having a friend or two by her side to experience everything with her. loneliness is something she doesn't handle well. nya can be a bit of a perfectionist, though. since she's so independent and does almost everything herself she's learned to like things a certain way. if someone helps her clean up she may re-do what the other person did because it was either not to her standard or something was placed wrong. she can be a bit nitpicky because of this. when it comes to her clothes, food, and living space she definitely likes things a certain way. she may even tell someone to do something a certain way because it goes against how she normally does that thing.

nya has a great disdain toward spiders. while she absolutely adores nature she cannot handle the sight of spiders what-so-ever. they truly freak her out to no end. oddly enough, she has no qualms against tarantulas or other arachnids, just spiders. another thing about nya is that she doesn't like the taste of chicken no matter how it is cooked. to her chicken tastes completely bland and disgusting even if it's cooked with a marinade or the likes. she doesn't understand why, but any form is gross to her. nuggets, strips, grilled, etc. nya listens to country music, yes, country music. growing up in the south it was just something she listened to each day so she really enjoys it. it bamboozles her why country music is so widely disliked and made fun of. the same argument can be made against her as she doesn't like metal music.
