Hearing of a clearly vast different territory interested Mirestar greatly. Granted she wouldn't change anything about her own learning about new ones was always fun. "Yes the fish in our rivers are scares right now too." she said knowing the cold scares away fish every year. Suddenly her tail flicked slightly curious of Sirenstar's name "May I ask, how'd you get your name? It's rather different, in a good way, one I've never heard before." she said wrapping her tail around her paws.

The deputy's ears perked up as she noticed another deputy in the group pretty quickly. Due to the scars that seem to litter his face, she was rather fascinated by it honestly. So much so she barely noticed herself padding up to the tom. Once she reached the tom she gave him a smile "Hello there, I'm Moonblossom deputy of Sloughclan." she said as she sat in front of the tom.

So lost in her thoughts as she quizzed herself on herbs Poppypool didn't even notice she happened to sit right in front of another cat. That was tell she looked up from the ground and jump slightly at the sight of another cat right in front of her. The calico she-cat gave a sheepish grin to the cat in front of her "Oops, I'm sorry I was quizzing myself and didn't even fully notice I was at the gathering yet." she said as she awkwardly fiddled with her paws. Then realized she should most likely introduce herself "Oh my where are my manners, I'm Poppypool the medicine cat of Sloughclan." she told them.

Cinderhowl nodded slightly at the time as he greeted him as he waited for him to finish. His gray fur moving in the slight breeze, but he was fairly comfortable thanks to how large the gather was. "We've been doing rather good so far. Though with marshland becoming frozen I fear apprentices will become too reckless." he said stating a slight fear for his clans few apprentices.

The blue she-cat smiled as an older brown tabby came up to her. Not quite able to tell the age the leader in front of her could possibly be due to the energy they had but they looked to be wise. Giving a slight bow she introduced herself "I am The Crowned Bluebell of Viridian Court. Though you can call me Bluebellcrown, both are a mouth full honestly though." she let out an amused chuckle at the end.

Grumbling as he entered yet another gathering he loomed at the edge of the deputies area. Wondering why he had to come every time but also knowing the answer was he was the second-highest rank of Viridian Court. Baywatcher was left behind at the camp to guard it though he wished he would have come along too. At least if he were here he could enjoy this gathering a bit more.

His ears flicked slightly as he listened to the cat in front of him. Taking a swift glance at the seal point tom that he said was his mentor. Sensing that the subject of being a full-fledged medicine cat as touchy for the apprentice. He could understand as it would feel rather disheartening for a cat his age. When he was asked the question he turns to face the tom talking to once again shaking his "No, not yet. Viridian had some... Well, I wouldn't say 'troubles' per se, some older members weren't happy with the Celestial Amita's choice of our current leader." he said nodding toward a smaller blue she-cat who was missing on of her legs.

Smiling at the fellow warrior she sat next to them. Grateful to see a face she could recognize other than her fellow court members. "I've been rather good lately. Leaf-bare hasn't been too harsh yet in Viridian's forest." she said as he tail wrapped around her paws. A smile breeze came thru the gathering space a little causing her to shiver slightly. Though she attempted not too as the cold rarely bothered it; it was just a bit sudden and she did appreciate it. "How have you been? Hope leaf-bare is treating Pillar Clan nicely." she inquired on his well being.

Letting out an amused purr to the larger she-cat she smiled at her. Appreciating that fellow cats from clans bowed to others. It was common practice in Viridian Court but they never were offended when someone else didn't do it. Understanding every clan is different "Don't worry, it's actually my first one too. she said trying to ease Mochacloud's nerves. "I'm doing fine so far leaf-bare hasn't been too much of a problem. How about you?" she answered the cat's previous question inquiring on her own.

xSHE notices another molly, a leader, it would be appear as she sits near to the others, beckoning to her with her tail. tawnystar walks over willingly, relief flickering over her face. she will have someone to talk to this gathering, it would seem. she dips her head politely before she sits, curling her tail neatly around her paws. “my clan and i come from mexico.” she explains. “i was here alone last gathering. my name is tawnystar, and this is tink, my companion. which clan do you lead?”
x TINK settles on her shoulder blade, the little hummingbird observing those around them with interest.

xA chieftess? it would appear that would be a leader, then. tentatively, the nervous hebolario sits, his tail flicking over the ground. there are a ton of new sighs and sounds, all different from mexico. “it’s a pleasure to meet you, faunawisp.” he murmurs, glancing around them curiously. “it is certainly different from mexico. do all the clans always meet like this?”

xWITH her gran líder and herbolario occupied with greeting and talking with cats from other clans, it left the three guerreros to huddle nervously by themselves. maul and anne, however, seem rather confident - it is only her, then, that is anxious of being surrounded by so many strangers. there is a tom, however, who seems like he could be good company, so she splits from her clanmates to approach him. “hola.” she greets him, tentatively but politely. “i’m cioccolato, from the clan of gatos callejeros. which one are you from?”

With slighty uneasy steps the large tom lead his group to the outskirts of the gathering, various voices carrying through the large clearing, so many scents all mingled in one. Gatherings were an exciting time. Mountainstar tried to keep this thought at the forefront of his mind, though it was hard to push aside the worries of home, even harder so leaving Blossomspeck back at the caves as his mate decided to stay behind. The gentle nudge to the tom's shoulder shook him from his thoughts, a small smile directed at his closest friend as he gave a shove back playfully, laughing to himself as the black and white she-cat tumbled. With a wave of his tail and friendly nod of his head the rest of the group began to disperse, finding their own ways through the cats gathered from far and wide. Mountainstar hung back a moment to watch his clanmates with a small pang in his chest, despite all the worries that plagued him back home he knew there was nothing his clan wouldn't do for him.

A small sigh escaped the tom before he set off towards where the rest of the leaders usually gathered, he studied all those around him as he passed by, a friendly smile and small nods of greeting to the few he'd lock eyes with as he went. Eventually reaching the conversing leaders, the large tom found himself settling nearby a tabby she-cat without company. With a small tilt of his head, the friendly smile made a reappearance on the leader's face before he shifted slightly in her direction. "Well hello there! I hope you don't mind some company", he curled his tail around his paws before flicking it slightly towards himself "Mountainstar of Moonclan".

The black and white she-cat turned sharply in surprise at the sound of gasping, her ivy green eyes wide in shock as the tabby she-cat before her seemed to choke on air. Her look of mild concern turned to one of kind amusement as the she-cat introduced herself, Ivynose released a soft laugh before settling herself by the tabby deputy, practically feeling the heat from her pelt. "Well hello Bramblestorm, you doing okay"? Ivynose lifted a dark paw to teasingly nudge the other deputy, hoping to ease her nerves, Starclan knows how often Ivynose had embarrassed herself. "I'm Ivynose, deputy of Moonclan. Nice to meet you".

She couldn't hide the small bout of laughter as she walked between her mother & Mountainstar, the former seeming to hide her embarrassment at almost having fallen. The white healer shook her head in amusement as she continued on into the heart of the gathering, carefully weaving her way between various different cats and towards the smaller cluster of healers gathered from all over. This gathering would be her first as a full healer, and without Blossomspeck or Lilybloom to guide her through, it was a little unnverving being on her own but the young healer settled to the side of the already conversing group and began to glance around. With a flick of her ear Snowpetal found herself focusing her attention on two younger healers, or to-be-healers she would guess, and was unable to stifle her own giggle at the conversation. She could understand having such older brothers far too well, though she could already hear Crowtail complaining that he's a father now, and therefore mature. At the younger's mention of leaf-bare Snowpetal couldn't help but to shiver, leaf-bare was never an easy time up in the mountains, and though she had never even the chance to meet him, the young healer still feels the ache of her father's loss all those leafbares ago.

The grey warrior kept a close eye on his daughter the entire trek from their mountain home down to the gathering place, having given her the best pep talk he could muster in hopes of raising her confidence in meeting other cats her age outside of their clan. The tom tried his best impersonation of Songsnow, knowing his mate would have scolded him for his coddling. Despite this, his light olive green eyes continued to follow his daughter as she weaved between the gathered cats, seeming to forget he should rather be paying attention to where his paws were taking him. And too late. Archeye released a surprised "oof" as his body bumped into another, the warrior having literally just walked straight into another tom. Archeye stepped back and sent an apologetic smile towards the tom, "I'm so sorry, I should have paid more mind to where I was walking". Well he certainly wouldn't be letting Minnowstream or Daisyear hear about this, the two older she-cats poked enough fun at his "ageing", as if he was even that old. "Uh, I'm Archeye of Moonclan, again - so sorry to have bumped into you"!

Glancing around curiously, Iridescentcall stayed close to her clanmates on their way into the gathering, she was still relatively new to the clan and the idea of a gathering where so many others attended seemed a little overwhelming, though she couldn't decline the invitation to tag along. The she-cat felt content to sit along the sidelines and watch as the gathering went on, her eyes following her clanmates as they fanned out and found companions to converse with. She usually wasn't so shy, she just needed a little time to sit and get used to all the noise before she could find her own courage to walk into the cluster of cats. Eventually her paws ached to move and she heaved a small sigh before heading further into the clearing, her eyes glancing around in curiosity of all the strangers. After a few pawsteps she found herself almost standing beside two toms who stood beside another she-cat conversing with someone else, she hummed to herself for a moment before approaching the black and grey tabby toms. "Hello there", her greeting came softly as the warrior came to stand before the toms, a smile gracing her features as she tried to relax her shoulders.

Coypond was excited to be here, again, she still held fond memories of her previous gathering back when she'd still been a to-be and the wonderful companions she'd met. She was always ready for the long trek home with stories to tell her siblings, never quite understanding why her littermates held no interest in attending these gatherings. A content sigh passed her lips as she mingled about, catching bits of conversations and saying her hellos to whomever smiled in greeting. Eventually the calico she-cat found herself heading towards another she-cat seemingly keeping to herself, the hunter tried to catch her eye before approaching with a friendly smile, hoping to not startle the other cat. "Hi, how are you enjoying the evening"? Coypond seated herself beside the lynx point, her seemingly always kind eyes settled on her new companion.

The young hunter had found himself sitting quietly to the edge of the gathering, something typically unusual for the tom. Just as he began to shake out his pelt and ready himself to stand and begin to mingle, his light blue eyes caught sight of a light-furred she-cat approaching him. The tom stood still with a bright smile as she neared him, his dark tail flicking in excitement to have a companion to talk with. At the she-cat's greeting Canarycall softened his smile at her slightly tentative voice, trying to remind himself how often his clanmates had to remind him he could be alot sometimes. "Oh, uh hola", he greeted back excitedly, Canarycall hadn't ever heard such a greeting and he loved it! It sounded much more interesting to the young tom than just 'hello'. "Cioccolato? That's such a cool name! I'm from Moonclan, clan of the moon", an amused laugh bubbled from the hunter at the small joke he and his clannmates often shared. "I'm Canarycall, your group sounds very interesting"! Well, as much as Canarycall could try, he was never very good at taming down his exciteable nature.

Despite the desperation of her father's peptalks the entire walk down to the clearing, Doepaw could barely keep her nerves at bay. She was aware her own clan had quite the number of cats, and though her brothers had promised it wouldn't feel so different she didn't think there was much that could prepare someone for such a number of strangers gathered in this one space. The young she-cat could feel her father's eyes following her as she weaved between different groups of cats, trying to build up her courage to actually speak to someone she didn't know. Alas she approached some of the younger cats who seemed to be closer to her own age, trying to hold on to her mother's gentle words before having left the caves, Doepaw headed towards two she-cats before she could doubt herself. She stood still for a moment as to not interrupt before her tail curled lightly against her leg and she took a small breath, "H-hello, sorry to interrupt, I thought it better to come talk to some other to-bes". Doepaw could almost feel how hot her fur blushed as she began to speak to the two, suddenly not at all sure if they'd even understood what she meant. Did other groups even call them to-bes?

He did not recognize any of the faces out there.

"Jinxclan is thriving, even with the chilly weather." He said as he looked at the other cat, "We have many new kits and i am looking forward to watching them grow."

Maplefang thought of his sister, and her unfortunate passing while giving birth to his niece and nephew. The thought made his look down, a very sad look on his face. Her death was very recent and it still hurt him greatly. He looked over to the leader's spot to see how Eaglestar was doing, and it seemed that he was forcing himself to be social.

He heaved a sigh as he turned back tot he cat next to him, forcing a smile.

Petalpaw looked over at the new apprentice who approached them. She had never heard of any rank known as To-Be's, but it sounded interesting.

"Hello, Doepaw. My name is Petalpaw, I am an apprentice for Jinxclan." Petalpaw said in an inviting tone, "I have not heard of the rank 'to-be' before, but judging from the way that you look, it is one that is learning how to be a contributing member of your clan, yes? We call them Apprentices in Jinxclan."

She thought about the lack of a father figure in her kits life, but the clan accepts them and they are strong warriors nonetheless.

Dovepaw looked at her mentor, and he responded.

"We are the medicine cats for Hexclan." He was sad that Dovepaw was not able to speak with the other cats, but she seemed to be happy to be included on the current conversation.

Dovepaw then waved her paw slightly, making it known that she had a question. She drew a crude picture of a mouse and made lines behind it like it was running; then drew a leaf like it was falling. She then looked at the other cat with her head tilted in a questioning manner.

"How is the prey running?" Was the question she was trying to portray.

Rosebud did not immediately respond as he waited for the other cat, hoping that she would be able to understand Dovepaw without his help.

Sunclaw waited pleasantly as they seemed to have started a conversation, and wondered if he should leave them be. He sat beside Groundbeef and waited for a chance to contribute.

He laughed at the enthusiasm of the newly appointed warrior, he was always happy to see young cats grow up, "It is my pleasure, Groundbeef."

He thought the name was rather unusual, but he did not question it since all clans had their own traditions. He thought of when he earned his clan collar with pride, puffing his chest out a bit and showing it off without knowing it.

He then pauses, thinking it over, and nudges Smogtongue with a sly grin. "Oho, so you're the leader tonight, hm?"

"Something must be wrong with Tawnyrose if she thinks you can be trusted with one of those." But then he quiets down, nodding because yeah, he does get it. "Yeah, it was a lot the same with my apprentice, Zinniadream. I get that."

Soon a familiar scent is in the air, and he freezes, eyes widening as he whips his head in the direction it's coming from. "Hey, 'pard. You should go check out some other apprentices! Make some friends! I gotta go, I think I just found one of my old friends?" He laughs a little at the annoyed look his brother gives him, but dips down enough to rub foreheads with him, and then bounds off, eyes wide as he looks around for the familiar scent of Kissingpaw. It's been so long...

He's hoping there's no one from his old rogue group, but he's also pretty sure none of them would ever willingly join a Clan. Then there's suddenly a familiar scent in his nose, and he's trailing after it without even thinking, until suddenly an all too familiar white molly is in front of him. Grinning, he bounds over, calling out an excited "hey! Snowfinch!"[/b] as he approaches the little medicine cat.
