The second is solidly unfair to you. Those faire bwolves do fetch decent demand, but the 2 to 1 rule tends to be pretty solidly accepted, at least as far as 2011 and older pets go. Their side only is worth 3 of the rare dogs on your side.

The first trade is also unfair to you. I don't personally feel a 2:1 year gap ratio is particularly relevant or fair for more recent years' pets, but even disregarding the "rule", it's unfair to you. The demand of the kitsune is also quite decent. They'd have to add several pets to their side, but ultimately balancing it depends on WHICH pets they're adding.

The first one with all the rares is technically overpay on their side. However, the pets on your side have better demand, generally speaking. If you're interested in the pets on their side and are happy with trading your pets for theirs, then go for it. If you're less interested in the pets they're offering, that's totally fair. Many people will not trade a dog for a rat; it all depends on what you like.

For the second trade, many people say that 2:1 is fair for year gaps (a 2009 rare is worth two 2010 rares, etc). When it comes to newer years, I don't personally find this particularly relevant or fair for logistical reasons about number of players and number of pets. So, on a 2:1 standpoint, this trade is significantly unfair to you. On a true rarity/value standpoint, I'd say it's still unfair to you, but less so. They'd have to add more to their side either way, or I would (PERSONALLY, if it were my trade) be comfortable trading one of the rabbits for the pets on their side.
