Also this pet is so cute omg. I was just at the zoo yesterday taking pictures of Mountain lions, Lynxes, and Bob Cats, so it's kind of funny.

New pup (kitten) just may be hers for her to react like that.

I have to say, as much as I love the designs this year, I am a little disappointed in how many PPS designs there are. There’s a few I would have loved to have seen on the adult lines, but they’re still super pretty.

I think this one is Meveh's!
It kind of looks like their art style, and matches with some of the hints:
-The PPS hint.
-They seem mysterious and quiet.. It doesn't look like they have a mouth.
-They don't use all the colors from the palette.
-Bird friend! Maybe they're named Uri.
-Pointed ears, technically..
-Eyes kind of look like they're meant to be amber? :o
Unsure about the rest of the hints though.

This question has been asked and answered about 100 times already.
It's not unusual for staff liters, it only means the pet will either be a PPS or just just to the full grown stage.
Once staff pets start hitting PPS & full grown, only one dog grows per day.
