You're over. Just 2 sorbets would be enough (as they're worth half a non themselves), but their demand can't be compared to the UR aussie (1 non). It's hard to trade it off, and sorbets have better demand. It's up to you if you want to trade up, though.

2nd and 3rd trade are the best trades rarity wise

The 1st trade is 1-1.5 nons
The 2nd trade is 1.5 nons
The 3rd trade is 2 nons
The 4th is a little more than 1 non

I personally value the patchwork at 1.5, so if you want a consistent guaranteed rarity, 3 or 4 is your best bet
I wouldn't imagine the joker being the hardest to get 1.5 for, but just for consistency reasons
