I can’t say much between python and echo but i think that echo would be put off by python’s prickly, closed-of nature, and likely fights could break out. #pythonisnotapeoplecat

Oh yeah I definitely think they could be friends! They have very different ways of handling the empathy as well, since Cinder is motherly and Fox instead tends towards jokes and teasing.
Wingman Cinder is hilarious though, hope she's prepared to deal with Fox after realizing so many she-cats like him just wondering -- legitimately concerned -- about why it seems to be only she-cats? Like yeah he does like she-cats don't get him wrong but he flirts with everyone so certainly there should be some toms right? Cinderfrost is he ugly to toms? Cinderfrost what if all the toms think he's ugly!!??

I love it, they're best friends and Cinder has now been assigned the role of keeping Fox's ego in check once he actually starts realizing that cats actually. Like him. Because he's a bit dense.

I feel like they would get along great since they are both really caring and helpful. Echobreeze would probably see Cinder as an older sister (even though they're the same age) but yeah I see them getting along really well. Any thoughts from your end?

I think Foxshine and Valleyrunner would probably get along. They're both outgoing and I think Fox would find her sarcasm and sassy nature {and shenanigans} delightful to watch. From a safe distance.

Honestly? I know I didn't specify much about Amberbreeze on Fox's form, but I think Echo is really similar to her, so he's probably more protective over her than he might be for others. He sees his sister in her, so with Amberbreeze vanished for plot a lot of that latent Protective Big Brother Energy is gonna be focused on her. They share a suffix too which probably doesn't help the parallels.

@yennefer: That would be nice! Judging from their ages, their apprentice periods probably overlapped a little, so maybe they were friends then and Brightwish still looks up to Cinderfrost as something of a big sister figure? They can out-mom each other lol, hopefully Cinderfrost is at least slightly better at talking about her own problems than Brightwish ^^;

@tawney: I don't have any specifics in mind, but I think Echobreeze and Brightwish could be friends! Brightwish would definitely admire Echobreeze's honesty and optimism, so there's something friendly from his end, at least.

@Dani: Again, no real specifics, but Valleyrunner would probably be fairly off-putting to Brightwish, lol -- I think he'd generally be polite and friendly but keep his distance as much as he can, though if he catches her in an argument he'll try to defuse it (emphasis very much on try).

Also, just generally, I think I've mostly decided on Brightwish's power being a sort of combination of telepathy and empathy where he can sense other cats' base emotions and thoughts, though nothing too in-depth. Something like the Clairaudience branch here, with some intuition/lie detection elements to it. Which means we'll have at least three empaths, so I'd definitely be interested in talking about subtle variations and how they influence each other!
