"I mean, no need to be afraid, Kass isn’t a BAD person, she’s just tricky sometimes, I do my best to avoid her when I can. See...she likes to flirt with everyone and sometimes, that’s a bit weird." Karter offered an awkward grin. "Not gonna lie, when I saw her in there, I was kinda worried she’d see us, get curious, come out and try to flirt with you, and I really don’t wanna see you get scared off so quick."

The intelligent and stealthy girl hummed as she nodded to her friend. She made a small sound when she heard that. “She...flirts with everyone?” she asked, head tilting a moment. She then shrugged, saying “I don’t think a little flirting will scare me off.”

The sweet but stubborn female smiled. Shaking her golden brown head, she hummed. She blinked brown eyes. She hummed as she looked up at the mention of breakfast. "Pancakes!" she yelped happily, because she happened to love pancakes, as well as waffles and toast and stuff.

"Well, everyone she finds INTERESTING. She'd find a guest on the ship interestin' since we don’t get guests very often," Karter explained. I’ve seen her flirt with random people just 'cause."

Ace reached up to brush his dark hair away from his face. "What's this?" He asked, a mix of curious and sceptical. "Attempting to guilt trip me? Nyx Sardothia, I regret to inform you, that won’t work." True enough. He felt more curious than he did BAD for her, or about his reactions.

Ace blanked out for a second. "Huh? You’re not being- oh." I thought she meant socially... "I...don’t really know what to do about that..." Ace would’ve given her a jacket if he could have, but he didn’t have one. It wasn’t an exceptionally cold day, but being by the water, the wind WAS a bit stronger here. "Um..." Okay then. Oh my god I’m dumb. I’m made of FIRE and don’t know what to do about cold... "Okay, come here for a sec, but be careful, okay?" He held out his hand, palm up, and let a small, gentle orange flame form on his palm.

"Not a ton unless you’re huge on seeing the bathroom and the crow's nest, where our Lookout spends most of her time in. Heck, some nights she even SLEEPS there!" Karter remembered. Though he loved the crew, he certainly could understand the appeal of sleeping away from snoring.

Coby chuckled to himself. "Sorry, not intending to disturb you." However, he smiled to himself. Maybe it made it easier to actually take things in since he wasn’t just sorting through everything all at once, and wasn’t alone. Conversation prompted curiosity, and curiosity led to ACTUALLY looking at things properly.
