Since many folks play mandalorians, what if my padawan crash landed on Mandalore and was found by one of you? He's still legally a kid, so that would be interesting to see how they deal with a Jedi foundling.

I'd say that's fine, except the council is on Tatooine, not Mandalore, the capital of the Ministry is Tatooine, at least for now
