❝ Welcome back tributes! Today we gather here to celebrate our victors, inviting them to participate in one last
game with us. As tradition demands, every 25 years we must host a Quarter Quell. Quells mark the anniversaries
of the districts' defeat  by  the  Capitol,  and include special  celebrations. These  games are notoriously difficult,
containing  twists  and  turns, surprises around  every  corner! How  exciting!  If  a  district does  not  have a living
male   and / or  female  victor,   a   random   citizen   from    that    district  will  be   reaped   to   take   their   place.
So,  Without    further     ado,     let     us     begin     drawing     the     names    for     the     fourth     Quarter    Quell!  ❞

As the  dreaded  return of the  Quarter  Quell  approached,  victors  may  find  themselves  reliving  the horrors  of
their last game. They must once again fight  to  survive  for  the  mere  amusement of the capitol. However, there
are many who  have  had  enough  and  are  looking  for  an end to these games. Whispers of a rebellion have been
sweeping through  the  districts.  Will  the  victors  light  the  spark  it  takes  to  end  the games, or will the games
get the best of  these  men  and  women,  and  lead  them  towards  another  battle  of  survival  until one remains?

002. No       sexual       content.          Keep       everything       PG-13       or      lower.
003. No     graphic     violence     or      gore.      Fade     to    black     if    necessary.
004. No  adult  language  is  allowed.   Minor curses   are  alright. Use sparingly.
005. You   may  have  up   to   two   characters,    though  only  one  per  district.
006. You must  write at least a  good  paragraph  per  post.  ≥ 200  words  ideal.
007. Use  proper spelling  and  grammar.  Complete sentences are  also  a must.
008. Post   at   least   once  a  week,   though    more   is   definitely   acceptable.
009. If  you  don't  post  after  three  warnings,   your  victor  will  be  killed  off.

011. If you wish to kill another tribute, you must  discuss it with the user first!
