Best edible/flavored teething products for puppies?
I have some small rawhide twists but my Aussie loses interest in them rather quickly. She has plenty of plush toys that she loves, but I would like to offer her some variety.
She also seems to prefer toys that are large so she can drag/wrestle them.

I would definitely throw out the rawhide chews. Rawhide isn't really safe... I suggest BeneBones, They last a long time, are safe and everyday I've cared for and owned loves them c:

He loved it! He's not a fan of swimming, but he does like wading in the water haha.
@Warbird - I second what @Blue_Aussie said, get rid of the rawhides. Benebone has great products with different flavors, shapes, and sizes!

I would recommend stuffed and frozen Kong type toys for a teething puppy. Also edible chews like bully/tremenda sticks, dried duck feet, trachea, pig/cow ears etc. If she looses interest in those too try smearing on some dog safe peanut butter or yogurt. I keep chewies in the freezer for freshness, but the cold would also help soothe a teething puppy too.

If you put peanut butter in the kong and freeze it, it will last longer! You can find a bunch of great kong recipes online too!

Hi! I am posting here because I'm kind of at a loss of what else to do, I'm looking after my friend's dog and she's been crying for hours now. I am worried about reinforcing the whining by going to check on her (I don't think she needs the toilet I only let her out a few hours ago?) but I am also worried about the people I live with as I have no doubts she's keeping them awake too.
I've looked after her before and her whining wasn't even close to being as bad as this, I think she's just extra anxious (for whatever reason) and I feel so awful for her.
Before bed we took her out for a run to burn off energy, and then she got some cool down time before being crated, she ate all her regular food, and she knows us pretty well. Do I just have to wait it out or is there anything I can do?

Blue_Aussie wrote:^Is she crated at home?? I watch dogs for a living and 90% of them sleep way better out of the crate and in my bed or on the floor by me. Is she in the same room? Is there a blanket on her crate?
Yeah, she is! Her owner brought her crate with her, and yeah there's a blanket on the crate, I thought it would help not being able to see much that could overstimulate her!
