Staff Litter 2020 Discussion Thread

Does anyone else recall the staff member that had a newborn staff pup dressed up with a halo around its paw? I swear I saw it yesterday but now I can't remember who it was!

I went through their pets and didn't see it anymore, but i'm pretty sure it was sixbane. I also found this guy in Anouki's pets. Hmmm

Hmmmm..... This puppy's art style is... intriguing, but out of all the other pups that have grown this one reminds me of a certain person: Celozon.

Celozon has a very distinct art style. it tends to be more pixelated, yet detailed like a game on the gameboy. According to the hint chart Celozon hasn't really dropped any hints (please correct me if I'm wrong), but thankfully Celozon has participated in the salmon squad from 2016 to 2019, so we can compare and make a guess that way:



Celozon's salmon squad pets look quite similar to this puppy, especially their outcome from last year. Of course I could be totally wrong, but I think there's a fairly good chance this puppy could be Celozon's.

I have left a couple hints around but no one has found them/figured them out yet. Some of my answers to questions about my pup may be helpful too. Until my hints are found and I see some solid reasoning I won't be confirming (or denying) my pup.

I don't know if it's been pointed out yet but in their recent art post titled "idk" Celozon included this:

That combined with their answers to some questions (uses camouflage, would bring fresh water to a deserted island) and the pet in their signature being dressed up as a crocodile makes me think it could be this platypus guy?

So I'm pretty convinced that this pup:

is Celozon's, but while gathering my ramblings evidence, it looks like I wrote a novel??

Don't make me think that that's a shark tail I don't need another hoard but is that a shark tail? It could either be forked or curled up and around and that's the tip. Could an artist who has confirmed their pup let us know (with the artists permission of course) if this is a forked tail or a tail that comes to a point?

If it is some kind of an aquatic tail, it could be Zeena's since their hints point towards an aquatic/oceanic pup.

A few fit aquatic theme too, one of the staff pups reminds me of Aquaman hehe I'm really excited for the adult growths.

I was checking the CS tag colors and placements and noticed this pupper is missing its tag :o

i might just be pulling this out of thin air but I have another theory.. I think this pup is Anouki's!

Here's why:

1. Their first hint they said they were EGGcited for this event, making me think gryphon. Gryphons come from eggs!

2. I went back and looked at some of their pets, especially pets with stripes, and I think the style matches fairly well with a few pets in particular (their honey draft horses, their leap year foxes)

3. This one is waaaay out there but remember the "bheafa" thing that linked back to their ur peas? Well searching up pea gryphon brings you to the character of Peter Griffin from Family Guy PEA tier GRYPHON

i have to agree with that.

I was going to ask what makes you think that, but I've gotten every staff litter since they started this. Saikiyo has a distinct art style as does Solloby, Zeena and a few others. So... what makes you think that this belongs to Saikiyo? It could be Nadine.

Nadine?? Nadine's pups are usually simple and then get more detailed as adults. And the coloring style doesn't really look like hers at all to me either.

That is one of the hints! And just to help thing along (its not in the hint chart yet but it was already found where I said on this thread) the other hint is in my pet groups somewhere!
