I know that this is a terribly busy time of year with classes starting for students and everyone trying to figure out online work and such, so I hope cordyceps returns! However, it has been nearly two weeks. I really, really don't want this roleplay to not have a chance to start after everyone presented phenomenal, very interesting characters. I mean this in the kindest, most respectful way. I understand everyone is super busy, but if we don't get a response in the next week, should we try and proceed on our own? I hate the idea of taking over someone's thread or starting a new one just like it, but I also hate the idea of never getting to start this roleplay.
Thoughts?
Again, this is a last resort and I am so hoping cordyceps returns!

I definitely understand what you're saying. this roleplay has such amazing potential and I am really hoping cordyceps will return. I don't think that considering to go off on our own is a bad thing. If anything, if we proceeded and cordy returned we could simply welcome them back and have them take the reins again!

Okay, so there seems to be a consensus that we proceed. We can wait for the rest of the users who joined to give their thoughts as well. If everyone is fine with this and cordy is still absent, we can create a new thread in roughly a week's time (~aug 9th). Once posted, we can give everyone time to repost their characters and of course, keep a spot reserved for cordy.
I just want to confirm that this idea is alright with everyone. Any thoughts or critics are encouraged!
As an off-topic side note, a free movie streaming service called Tubi is now streaming all four movies of the Hunger Games!
