Out of curiosity what was the issue with my order? If it's the complexity would I be able to apply again with simpler characters?

The forms need to be filled separately for each character. I've had bad experiences with "bulk forms" before, and would rather not take risks with them anymore. I hope you can understand! The characters were fine and not too complex at all, and the PM commission would be a-okay as well if you'd still like to do that :)
