Funnily enough, I found interest in Chicken Smoothie when I was 10. The UI and the forums were overwhelming at first because, well... I always thought forums were terrible due to their early-internet nature. However, the art and trading was very appealing to me. I wholeheartedly enjoyed the feeling of happiness every time I got something that was considered rare in any game.

I don't think they should sell the game YET, but the stagnant gameplay has started to become obvious despite me returning to the game for an entire month. I can already see the only thing keeping most members going is trading. There is no more vigor or innovation.

I've seen very little numbers of new players coming while old members are quitting every week. I know for a fact if they don't take a gamble and update the entire site they won't be able to get the attention of future new players.

Huge thank you to Lacuna and the rest of the team for consolidating the rules! I hope this will help in the future.

Part of the concern here was that minor updates were not communicated clearly, leading to users being unaware of these changes. Often they were not given prominent announcements due to the fact the majority of users would not be terribly interested in these smaller adjustments.

To strike a balance between these groups, I have created a log that can push notifications to the interested users, without bothering those who are more casual players. It can be found sticked to the top of the announcement forum.

Please bookmark it or subscribe (this will send you emails) to it if you are interested in seeing updates immediately. When small updates are published, someone will post to the thread (in addition to editing the log for future reference). For those following the thread, they can quickly discover the new changes this way!

Otherwise, these types of smaller updates will likely continue to appear in future Mid Month updates, so you can catch them there!

I for one super appreciate it. 👀 I’m so interested in seeing these kinds of logs of updates or changes or other such things that it really tickles me to see it.

That is asking questions, what I mean is friendly conversations like 'how are you today' stuff like that.
