I don’t know if it’s fair, I’m only weighing in since you’re so short of responses, but I’m a bit doubtful about the second trade. All of the pets on your side have good demand and I know the BMD and BA often trade for significant overpay.

Unfortunately, I have no idea on the first trade. I know the Tess dragon is hard to find and is more rare than some of the former list pets, but I’m not sure where in the list it should have been placed, or how much demand it has.

Unsure about the rat trades but, the first one is unfair to you, as their side doesn't even make up 1 '09 rare and their items dont have any high value
The second trade is unfair to them since 2018 store pets are only worth an '10 rare
