- Zeena: "You will never have answers to everything that comes up in a report/ticket and mistakes do happen, but that's okay and it's all part of learning. I find being a moderator is one of the most rewarding positions knowing you are making a difference by helping others."
- FerrousFarron: "Being on the mod team has given me a different perspective on CS, and seeing what mods have to deal with behind the scenes can really make you realize how much large CS really is as a community. It can sometimes be challenging to keep up, but I've also been able to interact more with the community than before. It's tough, but it's rewarding!"
- katsue: "When moderating the oekaki boards, communication has always been a vital part of the job for me. It's sometimes difficult to navigate through all the unique issues and gray-areas that comes with user-made art in the oekaki, but the rest of the staff team is always there to back you up and guide you through those tough situations!"
- Dia.: "Art is subjective, and facing decisions that aren't necessarily straightforward can be challenging. Fortunately, the Oekaki Moderator Team has always been supportive of each other and ready to help. I love that I am able to give back to the community that inspired me to draw digitally over a decade ago."
- Lacuna: "Volunteering for CS means my time commitment helps to make the website a safe and fun place for all users. Part of my responsibility is helping train new moderators, and I am excited to be a resource to any new hires!"
- Seasonal: "Being a mod can be tough sometimes, but seeing the positive impact we are able to make on others’ experiences makes this position worth it."
