Night narrowed her eyes. "With Shadow in the picture, she thinks she has it all handled. She won’t just step away and let anyone else have an opinion about it," She pointed out. Then he brought up the truce. How fragile was it? "I dunno about the truce. It was made by Shadow and MAX, and Max is apparently dead, so under new leadership, it wouldn’t be terribly hard to break it. What’re you thinking?"

The little brown wolf shivered a bit as she managed to get to her paws. She sighed as she said “I’m hurt but now I’m awake. I can’t stop thinking something is actually wrong...Maybe I should help you.”

The beautiful and slender, loyal and playful tan and white female continued to creep forward. This rabbit was white and black, odd...She pounced and killed it.

The beautiful and slender darker tan and white male twitched his ears. He flicked his tail a couple times, then stopped. He nodded as he said “I guess we are,” and followed. He dipped his head to Moon, then held the rabbit up to show her.

The pup and story loving red one made a small sound as she looked over. She twitched her ears as she watched her mate and the little ones.

The beautiful mostly white one, with red patches, moved red ears, and a partially red tail. Blue and brown eyes blinked a bit, then they stretched out.

The turquoise eyed, black and white boy is sleeping.

The lovely graying our ginger and white headed to the forest. She moved slowly, of course, due to her old age. She hummed as she found a nice spot, and laid down there. She closed her eyes and breathes deep, then passed away.

The black eared, nosed and snouted male yawned as he woke up. He nudged his mate a bit. He then stood and stretched. He hummed and went to the prey pile.

The beautiful, slender long legged golden female hummed a canine sound. She smiled as she sat beside the male. “So, um...do you have a job in the pack yet?” she asked. She looked quite curious and thoughtful as she asked.

The gray eyed, gray faced black wolf hummed a bit. S/he flicked the gray tipped tail, sighing a bit as they looked at Andromeda. “Hey Andro, come with me; please,” they then said. They sat and sighed a bit at her. “No, I was just taking a guess, because you said harsh, and that would be pretty harsh. W-Wait, Night would actually do that?” they asked.

"Well you’re right about that, but sky-dogs only know what’s going on in this Pack anymore. We’ve spent so many months and years being the peacekeepers, and suddenly, we're all just falling to pieces!" The pale coated Warrior sighed. "Night? Absolutely." Enna was certain of that much. Night had little respect for the Alpha, and she wasn’t afraid of others knowing that either. "Dark told me once that she had some sort of crazed idea in her head that she could only be her best self, only be who she was 'meant' to be by climbing to the top and trying to surpass everyone and everything. That’s a scary thought, especially since if she DID try to take on Alpha, there is in fact actually a high chance that she would win if she had the patience," Enna added with a shake of her head.

Storm | Fire Warrior | Location: Meadow | Tagging: Karter

Storm wasn't bothered by Karter's silence. Either he was focusing on running or he had other things on his mind. She would ask him about it when they reached their destination, but for now... She could see a clearing up ahead and she veered around a tree. Her legs burned as she stretched out into a full gallop, before she finally cleared the trees and leaped into the tall grasses. She let out a whoop of delight, setting some birds hidden away in the tall grasses into flight. Whirling around, she took in the yellows and greens of the grasses, the pink and white and purple and blues of the flowers. She turned around to try and locate Karter, her eyes dancing.

"We're here!" She announced. "Karter, isn't it beautiful?!" She hadn't been here since she was little, when the grass was twice her height. "Karter?" She'd lost sight of him and perked her ears, panting with the exertion of her body through the run, despite having stopped once she reached the meadow.

Galaxy huffed, and sat up, motioning to the mouth of the den with a quick jerk of her muzzle.
"We should go." She told her brother. Galaxy didn't want to have to talk to anyone but Aru right now... She didn't even wan to look at anyone, now that she thought about it. The humiliation of getting told off in front of the Pack stuck to her like a tick.

Karter skidded go a halt as they reached the meadow. Green grass, wildflowers everywhere, blue sky above them rather than more tree branches! His eyes were as wide as moons. "Sky-dogs...this is...amazing!" He had never seen anywhere beyond the forest. Not a step outside. "How did you find this? How long have you known?" He asked, turning to face her...only to realize he couldn’t see her through the tall grass, he was so short. How annoying.

The brown furred Warrior wove through the thick, tall grasses and flowers until he could lift his head and once more catch Storm's scent, then quickly followed it before he could lose her again, so wide was this field. The grass was a BIT shorter here, so he could actually SEE again.

Aru shot Pluto a sympathetic glance, but said nothing. Too many questions and wonderings and despite it all, HOPES, were floating through his mind. He stood up and followed Galaxy though, willing to follow her to...wherever it was she meant to go in order to talk privately.

"It's not an idea that should be spoken around this many wolves." Angel said. "It's something I'm not proud of for thinking. And..." He sighed. "I haven't slept in two days. I'm in no position to start planning something that extreme when I'm tired. Night, will you watch Ginger in my absence? Tell me if she so much looks at the Nursery and I'll be out of my nest the minute I hear it." He told the she-wolf, before getting to his paws and looking to Aurora with a tired smile. "I am relieved that you also want no part in Ginger's villainy. To the both of you... If you seek out others who feel the same. Regardless of whether they will take action against it or not... Just get your feelers out. Find out how many of the Lightning wolves will stand by and let a murderer live among our ranks unpunished." He advised them. "I will be in my nest, if you need me." He said, before plodding away to sleep, wishing he had the energy to ask Enna to join him.

They nodded as they continued to sit with the other three. “We really are...well some of us,” they then corrected their self. They heard her sigh, then she was speaking of Night once more. “Dark told you?” they asked, head tilted. That was her brother, right, or sibling? “That...that is scary,” they admitted to her. “W-Wait, would she become our alpha then?” they asked. They didn’t like the idea of Night becoming that for them...

The big black and white pup started off at a brisk trot, out the den mouth and straight to the edge of camp. Not near the entrance, of course... It would probably be a long time until she tried that again. She kept her gaze low, not daring to look anyone the eyes as she went.
She gave Aru a grateful lick on the ear as they stopped, lowering herself to the ground once more.
"Now... as I was saying." She said with a sigh. "Dad... can't be dead. He would've come down for us last night, right?" It was more of a statement, than a question, but she still looked up at her brother, to make sure he understood.

Night dipped her head to Angel. She didn’t like taking orders. Not from ANYONE, but filling in to keep an eye on Ginger? That was something she would have probably done anyway, even if he hadn’t asked. "Gotcha. Have a good rest. Maybe when you’re more awake, you can give me a run-through of this idea of yours. I’ll try to secure my brother's support, but he’s also just too darn RIGHTEOUS to disobey Shadow on his own." She rolled her eyes at the mention of her brother being righteous. Yeah right, he liked to pretend he was as good a wolf as they came, but he was no better than any of the other Warriors who took orders from Shadow and Spitz mindlessly.


ARU | Pup | F-Pack | Tagging: Galaxy | Location: Camp


The thought had crossed Aru's mind too. If Erle had really died, the FIRST thing he would have done was at least come to let Arian know he was safe with the sky-dogs, even if he didn’t have the energy to visit the Pups, but Aru had seen no trace of their father, starry-furred or otherwise. So when Galaxy spoke, he nodded. Does she think...dad is just out wandering somewhere, alone for more than a month?


ENNA | Warrior | L-Pack | Tagging: Echo, Spiral, Andromeda, Angel | Location: Camp


"If she challenged Alpha specifically declaring intentions that it was a challenge for takeover, then yes, yes she would. With Alpha's older age, and them nearly matching in size and speed, I suspect it’d take a long time, but Night could win. Against Night, all Shadow's really got is he voice. Nowadays, her bark is worse than her bite most of the time. I heard she was beat by a three year old at the last Meet," Enna remembered. "Trust me, I don’t fancy Night as Alpha either, she would make us the same as the Fire Pack. If she ever became Alpha, I may very well have to leave to keep my own morals and ethics safe."

Enna cast her gaze over to Angel, who was headed for the den, and worry crossed her face. "Hey Angel?" She called. "Are you okay?"
