They come from the kiosk information center that Algeria runs! You can get one for free every now and then <3

Barker also does a trick in the Magician's tent where you trade in trash for a ticket, but you can only do it four times. c:

Kind of disapointed we didn't get any backgrounds featuring carnival rides/scenery, it feels like the only thing missing from this event.
