A 2010 rare is worth the 3 month rule or 2 2011 rares.
A 2013 Uncommon is worth the 3 month rule or 2 2013 commons <3

The blue ice rat goes for roughly 3 MA, or the low end of .25 nons. The WWA goes for .25 nons consistently, or roughly 4 MA’s, the higher end.
