@Chipackerz -> yeah! I basically agree with a majority of what you said. :D It's true, they aren't super dysfunctional now, it's great! I so hope Lila returns at some point, I was really hoping her and Diego would stay together, they are cute!

Also, I lowkey feel bad for the Swedish twins (who I referred to as the milkmen the entire season lol). It was so sad. They were close as brothers and the handler messed with them and in the end, I really hope the last brother had a decent ending. He got on the bus with Keechie, and I hope he ended up living an actual life, if possible for him.

We’re up to episode four here and I have just a few thoughts:
I can’t believe how different Klaus is when he’s sober!! He’s positive and caring and actually a little bit responsible. He was so happy to help Allison with her troubles and sure, he was still Klaus, but I feel bad that he just threw it all away. I get it, but still sad.
This season has been super on point so far, I mean the civil rights movement? Women’s rights and homophobia? Heck yeah.
ISTG though I really need Luther/Allison to stop happening. Luther keeps telling people she’s his sister, but telling other people she’s his love and I just... please you can see what’s going on right?Vanya’s so cute. We all knew this.
You know Five just loves his siblings a lot but he’s also a big jerk and that makes them not love him back.
I wish Ben would have a solo plot. He was so cute after he scared that cop! I find him really interesting.
I still have no patience for Diego but my mom finds him really attractive, I don’t get it. He really does have a hero complex.

I like Diego because he fits into the "tough guy with a heart of gold" trope that I love so much. Yeah he's kinda a jerk but honestly who isn't in this show lol Well except maybe Ben and Vanya

I hope everyone is enjoying season 2!!! I was so hype for it to come out but I still haven't really started it because of some personal issues.

I am actually about to watch it in a minute but since its already 10 pm for me and i have to work at 8 am tomorrow, I don't think i will get far

I do have a high hope for this season tho. i really hope vanya is more of a hero.

I also plan to collect one of each of the umbrella academy pop figures (RN i have vanya, hazel, and cha-cha)

the sibling dynamics this season were everything to me. Especially since we saw so many combos we didn't get last season (Luther and Vanya, Five and Diego, Allison, Klaus, and Vanya)

Other; Season two was even better than season one, which is a promising trajectory for the series. They really took advantage of all the things they built throughout season one, especially when it comes to the relationships between the characters, but also their past trauma. Vanya's arc was amazing, and I can't believe the amount of character development they could stuff into her blowing up a bowl of fruit.
