I also start each commission AFTER payment is sent. I don't want to spend my time and energy making something only for the person who ordered it to back out when I'm half done. Then I will have wasted my time.

I can message you when more slots open, but I will probably be closing my shop at the end of next week. (Or at least vastly limiting the amount I take.)
