"Rina you don't understand." Ryder said as he sighed. "since you are going to be an alphess.....look if he gets a hold of you we are screwed!" Ryder said angrily. He pulled his fingers through his hair in frustration. She wouldn't understand.

Rina went and knelt beside him. "I know that." she said quietly, almost fearfully. "But I'm the best chance there is to beat him." she placed a hand softly on his shoulder and smiled bitterly. "Just don't be dead when I come back."

Ryder grabbed her hand gently that was placed on his shoulder. "are you sure your willing to risk not only your life but everyone else's If you make this decision?" Ryder asked her. He had to make sure.

"it has to be done. There is no one else who is capable of taking him down." she nodded. She sighed and looked at the floor. "If I do die...I'm going to take him with me." she whispered. "Ruka is next in line for alphess. Not all will be lost."

As she spoke, Ruka and Ryo came into the cave. They didn't know what was going on, but they didn't interfere.

Ryder closed his eyes tightly as he heard those words. "let's hope it never gets to that." Ryder thought about the raid in his head over and over. Everything had to go well....everything.

mickey sighed. "I'll go with Rina. This...Kai, has probably never heard of our pack. And I'm great at getting places without being caught." she pointed out. "Two's better than one." she added.

Rina smiled. "Ok, but don't let him see you. He has more loyal fox and dog Hanyous on his side than wolves, so he knows your kind better." she squeezed Ryder's shoulder and went to sit with her siblings.

Mickey nodded. "Don't worry, I have some tricks up my sleeve..." she reassured the girl. She tapped her foot on the mud. "When will the raid be? We should train up so we can beat them. " she turned to Rina. "Should we hold practices til the time of?" she asked the hanyou.

Rina nodded. "We'll practice in the mornings. I'll let Ryder work out the details of when we'll strike." she said, glancing at Ryo and Ruka, who both sported worried frowns. Rina frowned herself and shook her head at them. Ruka looked away and Ryo's scowl intensified.

Mickey nodded. "Well, we'll be on our way. See you in the morning." she nodded in farewell to the two and her gaze flickered to Ryo and Ruka. She turned then and gracefully walked away, back to her own camp. She silently changed to a fox and decided to take a look at the Magic users camp. Not that hard to do. "Suki, go back to camp and make sure no one has been there." she ordered.
