They’re overpaying. Their malk valentines PPS is currently swapping for T7 advents, which are worth 7-8 ‘09 rares. Their item is also worth 1 ‘09 rare. Your side only adds up to 4-5 ‘09 rares, depending on whether you value the Aussie at 1 or 2 ‘09 rares due to demand.

This would be perfectly fair. Their side is worth 3 2010 rares and your side is worth the same. It’s just a matter of which pets you prefer.

Im fairly certain this is overpay on your end
Each one of their store pets can go for a mid-late 2010 rare at most, making their side 15 '10 rares or 7 09 rares + 2010 rares
Here is a good place to see some values on your items that are more on the rare side.
Your angel wings alone is an 08 R/VR
So thats already about 2-4 09 rares.
The santa hat and tail bracelet are 1 09 rare each, so thats another 2
And then all of those birthday balloons are an 09 rare each, thats 6 09 rares.
So already your side is 10+ 09 rares and there is plenty more items on your side that I didn't add in since its an obvious overpay for you

This seems fair, it’s really up to preference. Altogether, the pets in your side add up to 1 non, which is also what the UR Aussie is worth.
