hey folks. i just had like 3 people offer me stuff to trade for the teddy bear item i picked up - i traded it in & got this pet, but i can't seem to find it in the archive. what's up with that? furthermore, what's up with this little fella? and why did so many folks want that teddy bear?

The teddy bear seems to have a rarer drop rate than the other items in the banner. Since you need a teddy bear to trade in for this guy, that means he's a little harder to get. And it's only been about an hour since he came out. The demand will calm down in a few days.

Are the tokens you get supposed to disappear if you don't use them right away? I had three nuts and bolts and when I logged in this morning they were gone

No, items can't disappear - maybe check your trades and see if you accidentally traded them away?

I have a question about the pet & token too: After the event, which will people want more (token for collection, or pet)?

*Sorry for hijacking the thread but I couldn't find anywhere to post, and if I make my own thread, it's essentially a duplicate.

Generally, pets are going to be more valuable than now defunct tokens. There are a few old tokens from the first ever summer event that are very valuable because people didn't think to save them, and instead traded them all in, but now most people who are going for a complete item collection keep their own tokens so they do not need to trade for them. Personally, I keep a few extras, but mostly trade them all in!

Last night it said on the banner "You've now reached the limit of the number of prizes you can find ." Are you going to up the rate tomorrow on how much to find, I swear I didn't reach my limit and how do I find out what the limit is and that link that shows you on CS how much you have found?

There is no banner counter link for summer events, and nobody knows when the limit will be raised until it happens. One user, Dogian, counted the tokens they've collected, and from that we know that the current limit is 200. (:
