His fur was fluffed up against a breeze from up inside his tree, sitting on a wide sturdy branch. He was used to it, now, though. His tree was on the clans border. And yes, he was aware there was a clan nearby. And yet his earth scent faded in so well with the ground that they never noticed anything except for fur, which was probably mistaken for there own cats. He sighed, his paw clinging to a small mouse. The mouse was a child and it wouldnt fill him much, and his food stash had been raided by an animal, so now he had no food. "Hm.."

Juiperpelt noticed Hawkfire wasn't acting like his normal self cause his tail doesn't normally go around his hind-leg.

Maplekit was busy getting the moss from the log, not noticing Berryfang was there and wasn't really listening to the conversation is happening. Her ear twitched because she started to smell the fox but she doesn't know what it is.

He waited near the entrance flicking his tail as he looked to the two toms hearing his order about border patrol, but he didn't see Cherryfang, he was pretty sure he did see her, but not anymore 'I guess she is not coming then?' he wondered by himself "It seems that Cherryfang is not coming so it will be only three of us then" he called out looking over at Toadpool and Hawkfire.

He flicked his ears side to side still her eyes looking the three cats "I see..." he meowed silently. His fur moving when the wind touched to it, giving him something else too, a fresh scent of a fox, it was near way too near "you know we better get back to camp now?" he said to them, not wanting to scare them, but they needed to hurry. He had this feeling that there were a pair of eyes looking at them at the very moment, it made him feel nervous as if the fox attacked them now, he could likely not protect all of the three.

She watched after the older warrior going to bet Acornpaw "the apprentices are surely sleeping this morning, I don' think I've seen anyone except Piperpaw and Falconpaw" she meowed to the two she-cats her head scanning the camp once again. She then turned to Icefur "Good morning by the way Icefur" she meowed to her.

She looked at the tom for a moment, a little bit confused "well thank you to visiting me..if you have something else to say we can get out for the nursery to some more private place if you wanted to?" she meowed to him.

Piperpaw narrowed her eyes, but flicked her tail in agreement. However much she wanted to argue, she knew that trouble would follow. With a small sight, The apprentice glance ruefully at the small pile of moss. "Sorry guys, looks like it's time to go." She mewed, flicking her ear. The Apprentice nodded towards Berryfang. "Mind taking them both home..? I gotta wrap up this moss and bring it back or I'm sure Toadpool will strangle me." Piperpaw huffed. "I can get it done quickly!"

He flicked his ears back and front starting to feel nervous, the wind was taking more and more of the fox scent into his nose and it started to get close 'Does it try to ambush us or let us go?' he thought himself, his eyes scanning the woods, but keep his eyes over other to the two kits and Piperpaw as well "no, if you want to take them, you better take them now, we're going together back to camp" he told her.

(I think the fox could already try to attack them if she/he wanted to, but I am not sure how you want this to go?)

The Fox came from its hiding place, running towards the warrior, apprentice and the 2 kits. Both Maplekit and Dewkit hid behind Piperpaw as they don't know what to do. They were just shivering from being scared of the fox

Piperpaw flinched hardly as a growl emitted from the bushes, which shivered as a figure burst out. A fox! Dear StarClan, I should have known! The apprentice cursed, her hackles raising in defense. And Idea quickly came to her mind. I know how to fight! I'm not going to stay behind and be a coward anymore! I'll prove that I can be useful! I'll show Toadpool that I'm NOT a useless apprentice! Piperpaw thought, a surge of uncanny bravery shivering through her veins. "I got this!" She hissed, baring her rather short fangs as she moved into a lousy attack stance. "Over here, mouse-brain!" The young apprentice spat, unsheathing her claws.

The fox hurled itself towards Piperpaw, going for the attack. It snarled as it ran towards her.
