there has always been a place during an event with an hour long wait time for tokens. Its nothing new. Sure it's frustrating at first, but it really isn't too bad as the event goes on. If you really want/need tickets asap, you can always just trade for them or wait until the pets are added to the archive and trade for the pets instead of tickets.

It’s just that there’s so many different outcomes this time around, none the less from 2 different spots in the carnival

ye, theres 5 different ticket outcomes thus far, so unless you trade for tickets (which i doubt most users will trade) or trade for ticket pets (doubting even more,) you have to wait minimum 5 hrs to get all five

guys i understand theres been an hour long wait in the past but i still think its unfair

It's not really unfair. we got plenty of time to collect every pet possible. I think one hour wait is to slow people down from getting everything in one go. it's an event and it won't end anytime soon it just started a few days ago.
