You're enjoying a leisurely day at the event when a dragon who's grumbling rather
loudly from behind a faded blue booth catches your attention. He's digging in the damp sand
frantically, his brows creased in concentration. He's so focused that he doesn't see you watching.

Oh-! I hadn't noticed you, I'm trying to finish up this
tower before the other contestants and the time runs out. What-
I'm backing here because I don't want the others to steal my terrific design.
Obviously. Hm? No, there's not a prize. It's for fun. Y'know? Doing things just
for the joy of doing it? *sigh* Alright, fine. I suppose if you win the
competition, I can give you a little something for your time.
