Bio: His father was trying to fuse the perfect ice and fire shifter when Dabi didn’t fit his dad’s ideals he shunned him. The stress of living with his dad made his mom have a mental break and being sent to the hospital. He ran away at age 12. When he was 15 he snuck into a chemical lab trying to steal something. An explosion happened causing his human body to be burned if he hadn’t unknowingly shifted he would have been burned alive. He was burned under his eyes, his ears, from the side of his moth down to his lower neck, some on his arms, legs and his wrists. He’s had surgeries he has done to himself to releive the pain of his tightening burns. So it gives him a patchwork look. He was told he was born to be bad by others that see him so now he believes that and just needs to be shown he doesn’t have to be bad.
Other: He can be burned by flames if he uses his blue flames in human form to long, but in his Pokémon form he can’t get burned as easily.

Bio: Cody was born to a Pikachu shifter and an Indeedee shifter, both well known criminals. Half-blind and a bit on the small side even for a Pichu, he did his best growing up, trying to make his parents at least... acknowledge him. With mixed results. Eventually, one of his parent's associates took him under her wing to help him along. He'd always preferred his pokemon form to his human one however, and through a bond with that woman's son -- only a year younger than him -- Cody found himself evolving, and then stuck in the form of a Pikachu. Which didn't bother him much, but it did infuriate his parents. He'd finally been making progress, only to ruin it by trapping himself in the body of a Pikachu. He was fully taken in by the woman who had been helping him, after he was kicked out.
Having always had an odd affinity for the psychic type, it didn't surprise him as much as it likely should have when he got his paws on a thunder stone and found himself the alolan variant of Raichu.
He has a talent with computers despite being trapped in Pokemon form and works as a freelance programmer. He also enjoys baking, but doesn't do it often.
