i think it depends. if it's school work or problems with people stressing me out, awfully. if it's basically anything else, really well.

[edit: cant find the proper science backed one. think about why you feel shameful, are there any negative connections in your life to that food? is there an alternative at all? is it a sweet food? do you need that, or do you just need a good slice of bread/small bowl of pasta/a small amount of mashed potato instead]

so it's a Christian homeschool magazine and the sentence is "independent hands-on experiments allow your kids to experience God's creation firsthand, and learn to be good stewards of his resources."
so I think that's good

when i want to draw, i have other things prioritised, when i don't want to draw, i'm not motivated and just sitting there at my a3 sketch pad stuck for ideas on how to fill it with any form of art.

99 flakes. they taste so creamy. why did i never like them and always chose mr bubble (which, by the way, are still elite because of the artificial flavouring and colouring that turns your tongue blue)
