Humans, they used to be pokemon, keyword, "used" to be, but some have the power to revert back into a pokemon, some inherit the pokemon from their parents, others got it from their life, but one thing is for sure, they are the missing link. The question is, will you use your powers for good, or evil? The choice is yours.
Inspired by the Animorphs series.
The name pokeshift comes from pokemon and shapeshift since the characters are shapeshifters.
Rules:
Gender exclusive pokemon can be other gender if the human is of other gender. Example: Male human can have male miltank form, but not female miltank form, even though male miltank isn't in the games.
Legendary pokemon, missingno and ultra beasts are allowed, but no genderless, female human will be female legendary or ultra beast, male human will be male legendary or ultra beast.
Must be adult to have kids, obviously. (If you want it to be pokemon that can be human, the parents must be pokemon until the egg, if you want it to be human that can be pokemon, both must be human until the baby) Also,follow the chickensmoothie rules relating to pregnancy/mating in RP.
If you evolve in your pokemon form, you're stuck a a pokemon.
