as someone who's been here for 3 years, i havent seen many changes and the game is getting repetitive.
i remember loving the game and the community when first joining, but it's getting a bit old unfortunately.
i'd love to see what a fresh mind could add to the game!

if you think of it if they didnt care why would they sit here making us more adopts monthly? why would they dedicate their spare time to this website to check our tickets and keep us safe?
i believe in my opinion some people just want to much given from this site and if its not given that way they want it selling/shutting down or they quit

I think you're confusing the terms "Owner" "artist" "Mod" and "admin assistant". Seems like you think they're all the same thing. It's the ARTISTS that are making the monthly adopts.
If you really think these are all the same things. What does this say to you? Or this?

Let's go over these definitions:

Artists- THESE are the people bringing you monthly pets. These are the people spending hours coloring pet designs.

Moderator- Answers the majority of tickets, Makes forums neater by deleting offtopic or rude posts. Handles fights. Things they can't answer gets filtered through the Admin Assistants.

Owner- One who makes decisions regarding change on the site. Greenlights monthly pet designs. Answers tickets the others can't answer.

There's no question here that the artists and moderators care for the site. They're here working on the site on a daily basis so we can have pets each and every month. That's not what the issue is.

xD no i know which is which but some have a part with each other as they do have to communicate behind the scenes of what goes and what doesnt ^^

First things first, I understand that is what you believe. But having CS sold to someone else is not what we want on this topic.

We want a boost to CS. This site may be gaining members, but that's only because of current events. If that were not happening, some or most of our members may just quit because of life. This surge doesn't nearly make up for the mass quitting CS is experiencing, most people leaving because of CS's response to rude, anti-blm people: none. The people on this thread are feeling neglected and worried for CS's future, and that's why we're here.

Selling CS feels like a last resort to me. Hiring more people to help keep us safer than we are now is never a bad thing, and there are plenty of people who would love to be a general helper or artist or moderator. People like them are what helps CS thrive, and we're losing them by staying like this. If it gets to the point where selling is becoming more and more likely to be the correct answer to these problems, we'll support it, although with a heavy heart.

TL;DR In my personal opinion, selling is a last resort. Those here only want to boost CS to greater heights.

wow. i've been thinking this for a while now, but i never said anything. nor did i think someone would really make a thread talking about it. i wholeheartedly agree with everything in this post. this site is going to die exponentially faster every year, and it's evidenced by the fact that the last december 18th to break the site's online users record was in 2017. it's gone downhill since then, and it will only continue to spiral unless the staff DO SOMETHING. i don't care if the current staff actively work to change the site or if they sell the site altogether. we just need something to happen for the betterment of chickensmoothie.
