i think updates should be presented more

another thing that really bothers me is another flaw in the rules. You can't do USD transactions on CS, but you can take them offsite. If a 13 year old kid wanted to buy a kalon for USD the rules state they cannot discuss it on CS, but can take it to DA or FA. But at the end of the day, the seller of that design is still going to know that user on CS and still find out their personal information, so why not just do it on cs? Either way they find out more personal info about the user. How can CS justify that?

so glad i found this because i 100% agree.
the roleplay forums have been dying for SO long now and i hate it.
back in 2016 when i joined they were extremely active. now, it's hard
for something to last more then a couple of days.
provided, i am in two group roleplays that have been moving pretty well,
but i've kinda chalked that up to quarantine and the summer. could be w
rong, but man, it's REAL hard. i won't have as much time when school st
arts however i ADORE writing so i always try and keep myself in some role
play or 1x1 because we all need a break!
anyways, besides roleplaying, everything said was very much true. only
thing i WOULD say the staff can't control is the trading system/demand
of pets, because that's ultimately up to us. the second someone starts of
fering more for a pet that's say, the shima, and that news gets spread ev
eryone will kinda follow that? especially when it is wanted by a lot of pl
ayers.

I completely Agee with everything said here, and some rules are just getting too strict, DA has made it clear now that you can see people's age in them, and we get warned because oh look! It has a number in it that might be an age! So why do people have to take it out? I can't link it to people who commission stuff from my art shop either, and they have to go through the hassle of finding me via my username.

But like many said, we get all these other people getting away with whatever else they do, I stopped browsing the threads really because I just don't find anything interesting on them, I stopped roleplaying on CS because like stated above me, the role-plays don't last anymore.

CS Really needs some major TLC and we have so many ideas and thoughts that go overlooked, someone please just grab the bull by the horns already and do something about it!

i am a new player, only being here for about eight months, joining this year.

i have seen many people quitting, and one in particular said that, and not in direct quotes, that "there have been many users who are rude, racist, etc, and i have been on the edge of quitting." so i agree that they should put the fate of CS in someone else's hands, or hire more staff members to crack down harder on rude (in general) people.

The rarity list was supposed to control that, however it fell out of popularity and was discontinued for many rather alarming reasons, one being that it hadn't been updated in a while. Many people, including me, being a new and still rather clueless player, have supported the idea of a rarity only list that doesn't take into account demand, because demand messes rarity up in a lot of ways and moves way too fast to be accurately calculated for all the rare pets on the site. This list would probably come along with the update to CS wanted in this thread. The list would tell you what swaps for what and nothing more, leaving demand up to the players. Either that or two separate lists, one for rarity and the other for demand.

Yeah, I have some trouble with rarity and demand. I mean, we have some 2008 pets that are worth less than a 2009 pet? Demand and rarity can get confusing. Two lists for demand and rarity would be much appreciated, and can help the newer players like you and me from being stumped.
