mm. truthfully I see no real reason to not allow a bounty hunter, which is honestly a role i didn’t consider — im not even sure if they existed in the 14th century but LOL that’s okay. go ahead, ill edit the front page early tomorrow morning and add the role for you and anyone else who may want one. just keep in mind your character may be separated from the main cast unless you involve them manually :)

for everyone else — I’ll have my own forums finished up tomorrow night and I’m hoping a set starting date could be the end of this week if everyone else feels that’s appropriate !

i. elyas zhang ii. not too fond of nicknames, if you call him el

t around 5'7, he has quite a lithe and willowy build x. his skin
is very fair, though it's contrasted with his dark, almost black,
eyes and dark hair xi. freckles!! :> xii. he's of chinese decent,
his grandparents emigrated to france several decades ago xiii.
he grew up in a small village near the western coast of france,
his mother was chinese while his father was french. both pare
nts were very loving and he lived a generally happy life. his fa
ther was the local doctor in his village, and his mother was als
o very knowledgable when it came to the making of medicine,
including many eastern methods, everything that he knows ab
out medicine came from them. his days would be spent studyi
ng his father's books and helping his mother prepare medicine,
and on special occasions his father would let him help treat pa
tients. his family was of decent wealth, so he often found him
self dealing with rare ingredients imported from overseas, his
mother teaching him about all the different ways the ingredie
nts can be used, so he, like his father, had several notebooks f
illed with notes about medicine. he couldn't have asked to be
born into a better life. that is until bandits raided his village a
t the age of seventeen, killing his parents in the process. he m
anaged to run away, taking his father's books with him, them b

t? he didn't know, but it proved quite an experience and let
him escape the unpleasant memories of what happened in h
is village, so he's more than grateful for joining, and maybe
he even managed to find himself a new family xiv. elyas cou
ld be described as quiet, calm and calculating. he's not nece
ssarily a cold person, per se, but he is very reserved and usu
ally likes to keep to himself. that isn't saying that he doesn't
like talking to the rest fo the crew, because he does, but he
also enjoys spending time alone and reading. though he has
very little time for that, as most often than not he'll be ten
ding to small wounds or preparing herbal and mineral reme
dies. he's a very patient person, rarely losing his temper an
d never raising his voice. he will scold you for not being car
eful if you come to him to get patched up though, he's carin
g like that. even if he's in a particularly foul mood, he won't
snap at you or anything, he'll probably just make some snark
y and sarcastic comments, but nothing more. he's a softspok
en kinda guy, he has a quiet, soothing voice that he's learne
d to use to his advantage, especially if he need to de-escala
te an argument or calm someone down. he's honestly a who
le softy but he just doesn't show it, pls save him. if you brin
g him back some rare ingredients from a raid he will genuin
ly love you forever. he's very rarely out on the dock, most o
ften than not he'll be in his quarters nose deep in a book or
making medicine for the crew, but he does need his fresh ai
r from time to time and he does enjoy the ocean, consideri
ng that he came from a coastal village. he's very?? emotiona
lly unavailable??? he hates talking about his feelings, and wo
uld honestly rather listen to someone talk about their probl
ems to him. not to mention, when it comes to romantic fee
lings, elyas completely closes himself off. it's not that he do
esn't want a romantic relationship with anyone, in fact, he c
raves it, but he doesn't think he's good enough for a relation
ship like that. but who knows? maybe he'll find someone <33

i totally forgot to update the front page so im doing that now jfhgj
i think a lot of roles are filling up fast, im going to keep medic and siren at the role limited to what they are now, add bounty hunters (this role will be adjusted to fit the date, so it won't be a traditional bounty hunter) and let everyone finish up their forms.
i'll be working friday and saturday, and be off sunday and tomorrow; if everyone feels it's possible, i'd like sunday for a possible starting date !
while i'm gone friday and saturday, please keep in mind that reservations on the thread will be seen as first over pm's, which i wont check as often

North is very shy, mostly keeping to herself. She prefers to people watch
than actually be apart of the conversation. However, this doesn't mean she
won't carry a conversation if someone starts one with her. North is very
empathetic and is one of the first to offer a shoulder to cry on or to be a
friend to rant to. This is the only time she isn't reserved other than in battle.
When defending the ship, the blonde becomes a completely different person.
She gets super energetic and excitable, suddenly becoming very confident in
herself. Once any conflict is over though, she can once again be seen off to
the side watching the horizon or making up constellations.

Surprisingly, North's life was uneventful up until she joined her pirate family.
Which is exactly why she left her home town at the age of eighteen. She
maybe be quiet, but the gunner longs for adventure and excitement. Her life
as a pirate definitely provided the exhilaration she was looking for and she
appreciates that she can enjoy it with others that she considers her family.
