Is this a fair trade? If not what needs to be added

They need to add Some sum short of a non to reach the minimum.
The lion is 1.5-2 nons
The droid is .5
their adds are around 3.25 ma
which is around 2.75-3.75 away from another .5 nons

This would only be one, though, so they would need to add .5 nons (65-75 09s) + 3.75 midadvent (20-30 09s)

Before I accept, I just want to double check...is this a good trade taking demand into account? I know it’s unfair to them by date/rarity, but I don’t know what ‘15 store pets typically go for.

It is perfectly fair, I do find the 2 rares there offering quite common but that might be just me, it's really about whether you prefer the sitting cat or the 2 rare dogs

The Cheshire cat is on the old advent list, so yes it is worth more than this trade.
Even if it was not, it is still an old store pet, making it so it is worth more than two '09 (if a 2013 store pet is worth about two '09 rares).
I do not think the 2010 rabbit they have is any special rabbit or has demand that I am aware of.

Because of the above, it is unfair to the Cheshire Cat!
and although I value the Verdana dogs super high because she is a sweet bean, I do not think that is how demand and trading works
