Can someone explain to me if this is fair or not? thank you! also would you take it if you were me?

the basilisk set goes for a sorbet; by that, each basilisk pet should be roughly 2 mid advents.
they're offering a tier 7 advent + a tier 5 advent, + a little over 2 2009 rares. adding that up, that's 2 t7 advents; the trade's fair, but whether you want to take it is up to you.
i have little to no experience with the basilisks so i cant tell you if i'd take it or not, so i suggest getting a second opinion

is this fair to my warrior cats?

santa cat is worth 6-7 '09 rares (please correct me if im wrong on that), each rare warrior cat can go for 2 '09s each, so it would be fair for 3 of your warrior cats i believe. def get a second opinion bc i could be wrong

so essentially they are under, due to me having five cats there, not three? the 2011 rat wouldn't cover the other two remaining cats.
i thought sometimes some of the cats go for 3 '09 rares? just curious

i'd say 2 2009 rares is the standard a sitting cat from the set goes for, 3 being occasional overpay and likely would take patience to get. the 2010 sitting cat isnt from the set, so it likely goes for just a 2009 rare. regardless, yes, they're underpaying.

the holly dog and aussie are both a non (checked the vr and omgsr successful trades thread)

its fair if you value the liontail at 2 nons, however i feel it is slightly over on your side considering the liontail could still get 2.5 with patience. its up to your preference, the aussie does have good demand but i cant really see it getting a whole 1.5 non worth, if someone has proof of it consistently getting 1.5 they can show me but from what ive seen their side is 2 nons with the aussie valued at 1 non and the holly also at a non
