When you purposefully leave something in a specific way and someone changes it? (Lights on/off, a door being closed, etc.)

Ugh, YES! I have a lot of anxiety, so when I'm on my PC, I wear headphones with one ear off, the door closed, and the lights out and people leave it open/on all the time. Even if it doesn't click all the way, I always have to get up and close it, then get the lights back off or I can't focus and I feel like I'm about to get a knife in my back.


When people know a little bit about something, but not enough to sound intelligent, then run their mouth thinking they're right, and not taking any feedback?
