Sariel stopped outside a caved-in cedar tree, arching over in a giant upside down U. Inside the ground was mossy, and ice blue eyes stared out at them, unnerving Sariel just the slightest bit. Oh good. He's home.

"Lolan? I have a newcomer here who wants to learn to dreamwalk," Sariel announced. She glanced at Dyson. "He can be a bit of a strict teacher at times, and a bit cold at first, but he'll warm up after a while. Just have to stick it out."

Octavia felt her heart drop slightly. “Is it worth it?” She asked Cobalt.

Rain

Rain crouched down and got ready to pounce before she leapt at Anna.

"Come in," Lolan called, making out the familiar form and voice of the den mother Sariel. She would only bring someone to him if they had very good reason. Not that he minded. It’s been a long time since he’d had the opportunity to teach.

"What can I do for the two of you? I hear you’re looking to learn to dreamwalk? So early on?" He couldn’t remember the scent of the male who accompanied Sariel, thinking about it.

Cobalt sat down on the lush green grass and curled his fluffy tail around his paws. His eyes fixed on something far in the distance for a long moment before he returned dark blue gaze to the pale furred she-wolf. Is it worth it, she had asked. That was a good question. Truly, it depended on a number of factors.

"Well, it depends. I would only recommend it if it’s to reach out to someone who needs your assistance, or if you’re strong enough mentally to be ready to take on a task that is very difficult," he told her. "If you decide to proceed, I’ll be here to help."

When the small Pup leapt, Anna was ready for her, and at once reared back on her hind legs, though she almost toppled right off balance, which was not helped when Merida playfully poked her right in the ribs.

She squealed with delight, which was cut off short as Rain did in fact land a blow, half flattening the whitish grey Pup underneath her.

"They’re back at their den, though my son is a bit older than you. I saw two other wolves go by there already though. They must be looking for Lolan." Grace's voice held the slightest trace of worry in it. So many wolves that had recently set foot in the hunting grounds of Starris. It wasn’t fair that the earth-dogs had to lose so much!

"Once we’ve both recovered and aren’t so wet, I’ll take you there to meet them, okay?" She promised softly.

"Yes, Lolan." He replied, dipping his head slightly. "I need to see my daughter, Alita. She is still on Earth." Dyson looked over the new male as he spoke. He didn't seem "cold" as Sariel had said. Yet, at least...
