Do keep in mind when it comes to Pups, in Starris, with the sky-dogs, wolves do not age physically. Their minds may grow, but if a Pup dies, they remain a Pup.

We DID have a Willow signed-up, but her RPer has not posted since joining and has been absent more than two months, so I’d say yes, that’s perfectly fine!

Willow/Loner/Newborn/pup/Location: By a river/Tags: Open
Willow stumbled and she crashed to the ground. She whined and started crying. She hopes the sky dogs woud take her in. She lay there by the river and let sleep fall upon her. She saw her mother in a dream abandoning her and now she was a sky dog herself, she thought. She died of frostbite to get her up to the sky dogs and she is still abandoned. She woke up to see a sky dog nearby she yelped and hoped the dog would here.

Grace had not been a mother for a long time, but once one, always one. She was well tuned in to the young around her, and sensitive to their needs. Perhaps that had been a curse for her once, but it was blessing for all the young wolves who needed care. She heard now the cries of a young wolf and her ears pricked. She was alone for the moment, and had more than enough time to spare. So she followed the sound of the cries. There was...a Pup.

Pups here...there've been far too many of those recently. The brown and black she-wolf stopped when she saw the small figure of the Pup. "Hello, what’s your name, little one?" She asked.

Dyson felt a sinking feeling in his stomach as he shook it head.
"I doubt she is here... Chiren was my mate. Admittedly, she was... not the best wolf. I'll still search, but the chances of her being here are slim to none." He sighed, continuing to eat at the rabbit. "Now, here in Starris, is there anything to do besides live? It sounds to me like this is only life as usual with no fear of death."

She looked up to see a beautiful she-wolf and she heard her ask her name. She responded, "My name is Willow, who r u, where am I and why is my pelt shimmering a little."

"That’s precisely what it is. Some wolves carry on as they would’ve in life, without a specifically set hierarchy. The only wolves above all others are the founders of the two Packs, by the same name, Lightning and Fire, and they only like to show up when things get serious. That aside, we simply live. We talk, we hunt, sometimes we swim, and we watch and guide the living we’ve left behind. But we never grow old and we never die. If for some reason we sustain injury enough to kill us, we simply fade away and reappear by the riverside. The water of the river can heal any lingering wound," Sariel explained. She smiled just the faintest bit, but it was a small, sad smile. Then she raised her green-blue eyes to the male again.

"Your mate...if I might ask, what kinds of things did she do? Depending on what crime it is, Starris may choose to forgive. If a wolf is not beyond the point if redemption, sometimes, the sky-dogs allow them to have a second chance here."

She's a newcomer. Freshly killed, I would reckon. Poor scrap. Grace knelt in front of the pup called Willow, lowering herself to be closer to eye lever, as not to lumber over her, for although lithe and slender, Grace was not a small wolf. Her light brown pelt sank onto the grass as she lay down on her belly.

"My name is Grace, little one. I’m so sorry, you’re in Starris with the sky-dogs. Your life down on earth has ended, and you have a second life up here, one that will never end so long as just a single living wolf remembers you. Your pelt shines now with the stars. You are one of us now," She told the Pup, her voice soft.
