also ouch milady try resting for a bit if you can, some fluids too.
idk what could help chest pains, especially random ones, but
i get them occasionally too and normally some water and rest
helps, but it honestly depends on the person/cause of the pain.

My grandmother thinks it's my anxiety acting up but I'm not so sure
I have been resting and drinking water most of the day but it hasn't really helped

@Milady I sure hope you arent getting a heart attack. Chest pains are one of the signs of a heart attack. My dad's side of the family has had a history of heart attacks so Im trying to stay healthy and prepare myself in case Im next to get a heart attack.

Aaa, so many of us are in the EST
I'm praying it's not a heart attack
Heart attacks run extremely high on my dad's side as well
Apparently one girl on my dad's side died from a heart attack at 12, so I'm pretty scared
I mean, I'm in good health but still
