ken into the clan when he was discovered half-d
ead at the border. at first, he was uncomfortable
among the clan , but he eventually made friends

as an apprentice ; he also developed an am
bition to become the greatest warrior the cl
an has ever seen . bear completed his traini
ng with flying colors , earning him the warri
or name bearthroat, for his strong will and l
oyalty. he gets his first apprentice, claypaw

    xxxยป lilyfrost is very confident in herself and her choices. she doesnโ€™t rely on others to bolster her confidence in herself or her decisions. she trusts her mind and abilities, certain that her training is doing her well. she may be a bit cocky, however. there is not a lot that lilyfrost wonโ€™t do, either. if a cat is needed for quick movement in a dangerous area, sheโ€™s among the first to volunteer. though sheโ€™s not fond of much, she does enjoy a good adrenaline rush. not much can ruffle lilyfrost's feathers. sheโ€™s consistently calmโ”almost uncaringโ”in the wake of most actions. something not often seen by others, as lilyfrost spends most of her time by herself, she is quite kind to others. despite being critical by nature, she does know how to put it to the side when another is in need. buried under layers of loathing and self-criticalness, there is a golden heart. it just takes a bit to find it.
    xxxยป needing others? respecting others? respecting borders? not lilyfrost! she sees borders and ranks as something inconsequential in the end. after all, death is everybodyโ€™s last trip, and sometimes others need reminding that theyโ€™re not the most important beings in the world. lilyfrost, as a determined hard worker, is a loner by nature. her attitude regarding others certainly doesnโ€™t help. she very much prefers to keep to herself, in regards to almost everything. stable moods are not something lilyfrost can lay claim to. one moment she may be laughing about something, and the next she is liable to snap at whoever is closest. her moods change as easily as the wind. being harsh on herself has led lilyfrost to be very stingy about those around her as well. though she may be critique something to the dark forest and back, when someone does something well, sheโ€™s among the first to praise them. above all, lilyfrost doesnโ€™t see the need in being loud and heard all the time. though she absolutely can and will raise her voice if needed, sheโ€™s most often quiet and found by herself.
    xxxยป though it could be a positive, with her absolute need for everything to be in its place and only in its place, lilyfrost being a perfectionist is definitely a drawback. all her maneuvers must be perfect, and she has worn his paw pads raw before by training too hard. since losing her father in a fire, lilyfrost has suffered mentally. she believes it was her fault she was unable to save her father and has taken to inflicting quiet, solitary punishments upon herself. towards both herself and others, lilyfrost can be quite demanding. her constant desire to prove himself has led her to expecting the same from those around her. lastly, lilyfrost has no particular loyalty to her clan nor starclan. those that she is loyal to have earn her loyalty, and she refuses to blindly give it just because she was born in a specific place or because someone holds a specific rank. to lily, loyalty is earned, not expected.

    ( history ) :
    xxxยป lilykitโ€™s kithood wasโ”above all elseโ”lonely. her mother, specklebird, kept her away from other kits within the nursery, what few there were, and hardly any warriors came to visit and see her, mainly her father toadsplash and only a couple warriors that were close to both of her parents. she was a quiet kit, not rowdy or rambunctious in the least, and was constantly watchful. her yellow-green eyes were constantly wide and taking in everything they could. when she was allowed to leave the nursery, she did so eagerlyโ”though she only went to sit in the shadows and watch the goings on of the clan around him. there were often murmurs about how creepy it was to have a kit who did nothing but sit and watch the clan. her mother, when she would return to her, would only tell her not to listen to what others said and that lilykit was the only one who could determine her worth. the youngster took that to heart, and would loudly declare to each cat that called her weird that their words meant nothing to her. with a quiet kithood spent mostly by herself, lilykit quickly grew to be a loner, separating herself even from her parents. when she became an apprentice, she left the nursery and didnโ€™t look back. her mother could only hope that her teachings of self-worth had ensured her daughter would not feel the same desire to prove herself that others did.
    xxxยป lilypaw was given to flurryleap as an apprentice. flurryleap was an older queen who had trained many apprentices, and in her eyes lilykit was nothing new and exciting. already believing in herself, lilypaw pushed her body to its boundaries. she ignored all the other apprentices in favor of training, avoiding her parents so that she could work more on her abilities. toadsplash did manage to get his mate and child to spend some time with him, but it was difficult. specklebird seemed distracted often, going out on walks alone and coming back with prey as an excuse. lilypaw was pleased to spend time with her father but was consistently wanting to practice a move, even when toadsplash wanted to do nothing but cuddle. the family relationship, without realizing, grew tense.
    xxxยป that string snapped when specklebird was found dead one day, close to the river. toadsplash was distraught, closing in on himself. lilypaw threw herself further into her training, channeling her grief and confusion. the pair drifted away from each other, each dealing with their grief in their own way. lilypaw had to keep training, she had to be better, and she had to, maybe, make her mother proud in starclan. with her mother out of the picture, words began to hit lilypawโ€™s ears. everything that specklebird had done her best to prevent from affecting her daughter was now unleashed. she neednโ€™t have worried, though. lilypaw paid no attention to what was said about her and chalked it up to jealousy.
    xxxยป lilypaw was named lilyfrost in a quiet, subdued ceremony. her name was given for her calm demeanor and her cool attitude. soon after her ceremony, a rambunctious colony of kits decided to sneak away into the night and go exploring. immediately, that same stormy night when their disappearance was noticed, a patrol was sent out after them. it was pouring and thundering, and yet toadsplash and lilyfrost volunteered to join. toadsplash had been carrying a kit alongside lilyfrost when lightning struck close to them, going straight through a branch. as she and her father ran past, the branch grazed lilyfrost's side and hit her father, who was right behind her. toadsplash stumbled and fell, breaking his leg. he convinced his daughter to go, to take both kits and run, and said he would find a place to stay safe. lilyfrost allowed herself, in that one moment, to be stupidly hopeful. despite the pain in her side she grasped the scruffs of the two kits and turned away, praying that it would all turn out alright. her father died in the fire, she later discovered. with toadsplash lost, lilyfrost did not have loyalty to anyone anymore. she had kept herself too isolated. reservoirclan was simply where she lived.
    xxxยป with the kits safe but the forest burned, lilyfrost retreated into herself. with her body burned and herbs running low, she suffered from several small infections. she endured the pain of cleaning the injury each day, sometimes several times a day, to make sure the infection would leave her system. she ended up losing some muscle function, but endured. lilyfrost pretends not to be affected by the injury, and does her best to hide it from others.
