hollysnap is a pretty tortoiseshell molly with short, prickly fur. she is a bit on the shorter side, but do not be
fooled; she is rather muscular, with wide shoulders, big paws, and a strong jaw. she has a rounded face and
ears, and flickers of ginger trace her chin and neck fur. above a slightly graying muzzle and a black nose, hollysnap has two round yellow-orange eyes.

» through the moons, hollysnap has grown into a honorable and wise cat of orchardclan. she has built a reputation on her ability to guide cats and keep them on the straight and narrow. you will never see this warrior stray from the code or starclan, and she will always do the right thing regardless of temptation. hollysnap is incredibly respectful to every cat, no matter the age. she's always open to listen to a clanmate's woes.
» holly is true to herself, and never lies to herself/those around her. when she sees something wrong this she-cat will always be the first to point it out. she's incredibly courageous, and has a history of putting herself before her clanmates and danger. however, she never brings attention to these actions, as she finds there is no need see herself above any other cat.
» hollysnap has always been distant ever since kithood─a personality trait she acquired from her father and never shook─so she prefers to be alone most of the time, unless surrounded by friends or family. in this loneliness her mind is almost always swimming with bleak and worrisome thoughts. above all else however, hollysnap is plagued by guilt; although she has lost many cats along the way, it was the death of her mother, thistlebloom, that spiraled her into pessimistic thoughts. she is ashamed of the multitude of cats she couldn't save and ashamed that she was not strong enough to protect her own kin.

» hollykit had a fairly average childhood, and was strongly attached to her mother. she formed the usual kit rivalries with her denmates and made some friends!
» she was apprenticed to shellheart, an affectionate and encouraging she-cat. hollypaw was a bit blown out by much more successful apprentices, and her shortcomings drove her, instead of haunting her. she focused intently on her training, making friends along the way, and even ended up trumping her own mentor in combat. she felt proud of herself and all she had accomplished, and in six moons was given the name of hollysnap.
» that leaf-bare, a group of foxes invaded the camp's territory. hollysnap fought with the strength of a lion, joining her clanmates in fighting and eventually chasing off the animals. in the fighting, foxes claimed the lives of hollysnap's father, onyxjaw, and her brother, flameroar. their deaths devastated hollysnap, causing her to go harder on herself. she couldn't, and still can't, escape the shame she feels, wishing she'd done better or fought harder to keep them alive. when the fighting ended, orchardclan was able to have a calm, relaxed new-leaf. hollysnap even got her first apprentice, a tom named batpaw (npc). she trained him until he received his warrior name six moons later: batflight. to this day she is still overwhelmingly proud of him, and the pair keep in touch.
» peace did not last however, and greencough swept through the clan later that same year, claiming the lives of many, notably thistlebloom─hollysnap's mother. this left hollysnap and her only remaining kin─her sister, nettlebite (npc)─shellshocked. ever since, hollysnap has felt great guilt about not spending more time with her mother; she is haunted by her loss, and struggles with it even today, as a senior warrior. despite her losses and the pain she feels, hollysnap is surely one of the best warriors orchardclan has ever sported. she has matured into a loyal, starclan-loving she-cat that will stop at nothing to defend her home.

burnpaw is a sturdy dark brown tabby tom with long fur and wide paws he has yet to grow into. while a bit
on the shorter side for now, burnpaw will grow to become one of the clan's most formidable-looking toms.
he has traces of maine coon in his blood (seen in his thick fur and tufted ears), and has a handsome face
with long white whiskers and burning orange eyes.

» friendly to a fault and doggedly loyal, burnpaw is greatly dedicated to his friends and orchardclan. he never says no to a job he's assigned, nor does he ever slack off when given a duty. it's rare to find burnpaw wasting time relaxing or napping─instead he most commonly uses his time to practice the skills he's learned in training that particular day, or badgers his mentor to teach him even more. truly, it's hard to spot burnpaw without some sort of smile or happy energy about him; while he understands that life always has its potential ups and downs, the tom-cat prefers to focus on the brighter side of things rather than the negative. this stubborn optimism can of course be at times a little annoying.
» burnpaw tends to have an easygoing approach to life; he always takes criticism as a chance to better himself, and though being teased can hurt his feelings sometimes, the apprentice is reluctant to hold grudges and by contrast is quick to forgive. aggression is not rare to burnpaw's actions, but he prefers to use it only when needed or directed. however, this fact makes the tabby cat quite insecure; burnpaw frets almost constantly that he's the black sheep of his clan, and that he somehow lacks the sort of toughness needed to be a warrior. because of this fear, the tom-cat has a tendency to even over-correct his actions. no matter how hard he tries to hide it, burnpaw is secretly pretty cowardly; though he desperately would like to be the ideal ruthless and stoic enforcer, or the skilled and fearless fighter, he fears that he will become soft-hearted on any incomers in the heat of battle.
» despite this, however, burnpaw boasts the capacity to be a quick learner. this is only improved upon the fact that he practices what he's learned in lessons so often and consistently; though he's young, he has a lot of wit and gumption about him, and it's difficult for his mentor and fellow apprentices to not be immediately charmed by his boundless enthusiasm in all things learning. the apprentice tends to be incredibly curious and even adventurous when facing new heights or challenges. burnpaw enjoys being at the center of clan life and relishes patrols for the chance to see new sights and discover new things, regardless of whether or not he's been around the same stump more times than he can count. who knows? maybe there will be something new that he'll discover on the stump the next time he checks it out!

» tiny and new, burnkit entered orchardclan as a clanborn cat to two very loving and protective parents. due to their advanced age, the sweet and rather chubby little tom was the only kit in their litter, and because of that petalbreeze and shadowsong (npcs) swore from the moment he was born that they would protect him at any cost. because of this, the two cats were slightly overbearing. but burnkit was a lively little thing, and often whenever he could sneak past his parents' paws, the tom was up to no good. it wasn't as though he was necessarily intending to disobey them; he was just avidly curious about the world around him, and the dim light and stale moss surrounding him in the nursery just wasn't enough excitement or stimulation for the young kitten. often burnkit sought adventure outside of the den, busying himself with tripping the older warriors or poking his nose into places where he didn't belong.
» he was apprenticed two moons ago to darkrain and has been loving every bit of his training. the sturdy tom has lost his kitten fat and already has the potential to make a fine warrior. he soaks up information like a sponge, really. he also loves his denmates, even though not all of them feel the same way. growing up in the nursery without any siblings has had no effect on him; if anything, it has made him all the more sociable. ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

I'd like to have romantic interests for both Sorrel and Lion, maybe Rowan but he is the medicine cat apprentice.
Maybe Sorrel could develop feelings for her mentor if they are a younger warrior?

That was what I was planning for her, to take care of the expecting queens. But she can have some kits if she needs. Considering the amount, I was going to wait, but she can have a kit.
