Whoop, I know I posted not to long ago but I was just so excited and have to introduce my new kel Helios.

I am super psyched about getting him and developing him further, I have already managed to merge him into my kel universe.

Hi everyone! This is my first post here but I just got my first Keldine a few days ago and was just wanting to show him off a bit. I've been following the species for a while now and have only been able to get one as of now. I love him sm. <3



This kiddo's name is Ajax. I've been wanting a Keldine for a while and I'm so happy I finally have one of my own. ^^

And if I may I'd like to ask if there is an easy way/technique to draw a Keldine's scales? I've been wanting to draw him but I'm having a hard time with getting his scales to look right. ^^;

Honestly with scales I just go ham! On the larger kel refs there’s usually a line two scales thick going down the neck and then I start fanning out over the shoulder from there. One scale points down towards the paw, one in the middle pointing sort of at the back leg, and one pointing at the back/torso to spread out to the top part of the back!

I don’t know if this is helpful at all but it’s how I think of it, you just kind of have to tilt the scales in the right direction they’ll look great anyway you do it I’m sure!
