Nick heard the knock. He gently lay Bryce's head on the matters and stood up. He walked to the door and opened it. "Hello." he said.

" Hey. Can we talk outside?" Drew asked.

I was checking out her stitches, and touching her back, and my ability to fly vanished. Like, my nearly invisible wings turned to ashes. But now I have big visible wings. and I can fly again!" I said with joy.

I sighed. " But, you know, don't get upset if I hug her or kiss her cheek. I do love her, but I know she's yours. But she's my best friend you know." I said.
