The she-cat looked around at the freshly watered world and smiled. When the rain is over it seems that the creatures come out of hiding with a new life in them. The birds were chirping and small animals scuttled around their paws. "Thorn.. Though rain may be dangerous sometimes it's still a necessary part of life, and if their is some mysterious power who controls the weather we must thank them for the gifts they bring."

Thorn was hopping around looking at the many small creatures who were now out after the storm with excitement, it seemed moments like this made his mother wish to share her wisdom. "If there is a higher power out there.. Do you think they'd care about us?"

The young she-cat couldn't help but smile at the energy and friendly nature of this young kit. "Hehe, you'd have to ask my mother about that one young one." Something about kittens made her fears melt away and for a brief moment a different side of her showed.

She ran back to journey and said “you are my firs friend I hope you never leave.”

Fogsprint nodded thoughtfully. Lightingwing's words were wise. "You're right." He said. Maybe he would try to put more effort into getting to know everyone in the clan more. There was more to being a good warrior than just fighting and hunting skills. "It's hard to realise what we've missed until it's too late."

When she left, Puddlespring finished eating and relaxed back into Stormeye, taking a moment to begin to wash some of the mud from her paws.

CliffRunner had went out hunting earlier that day and was now currently asleep in the warriors den. The tom had a bit of a lazy side and it wasn't uncommon for him to sleep soon after he returned to camp from patrol.

FawnPaw rose her head a bird dangling from her jaw and a pleased smirk on her face. She then turned and began heading back towards camp. She didn't care much about being outside of the camp without her mentor or a warrior, she's lost interest in becoming a warrior and instead enjoyed being by herself for most of the time.

Luna was surprised be the other cat's words. That was the same cat that has steamed at her before to leave. But still Luna refused to go back. "What is a kittypet" she asked. Then added "I don't want to go back, I want to be one of you. And I I go back my humans will put me out here agine" Luna knew her humans didn't care about her. They tried to get her to leave. So if she went back she would be thrown back into the woods. She looked up longingly and and waited for the worst.

The young tom listened to his mother intently. "But that's a clan only.. Are us loners not worthy of a higher power to speak too?" He found it hard to believe that the only higher power out there is exclusive to a bunch of wild cats roaming around the forest. He dug his claws into the soil and narrowed his eyes. "Why only them?"

The she-cat smiled at the small kit, even if she wasn't accepted for a brief moment she made the young one happy. "I'm glad to be your friend." However the other adult cat ruined the joyful moment with her comment which made the kit run away in confusion. Flicking her tail in frustration she kept her cool and looked at the young kit. "Because I wasn't born into your clan.." She then looked away and decided to let Ivythorn make the choice.
